Nice quiet relaxing place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was super friendly and provided us wood for fires and was a phone call away if we needed anything during our stay. The one negative was the shower only had about 5 minutes of hot water.

Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing time sitting by the fire at night, playing corn hole during the day, sitting in the covered, screened in porch while the rain came down, and just getting away from it all. Our kids enjoyed that there was internet😂.

Cozy and relaxing getaway

This cottage is definitely cozy, along with having everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is amazing as well, and everything is put together very nicely. Not to mention Joe and Donna are amazing hosts, they’re around to help with anything you could need during your stay! The area is great as well, very peaceful and quiet while having lake access and keeping you a close drive away from any essentials and fun activities in the area.

Amazing cabin escape for fall colors

We stayed during Columbus Day weekend. It was the perfect place to access the White Mountains for hiking (we went to Crawford notch and Franconia notch), and also enjoy the fall colors in surrounding areas. Joe was the friendliest host and very welcoming. He greeted us and helped us get kayaking. The cabin is super well-equipped- everything we needed for cooking, all the pots/pans/oven trays, even spices. Smart TV for watching Netflix/YouTube/spotify was nice. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets! We enjoyed eating on the screened porch and kayaking on the lake. Overall a great stay, colors are very nice in mid-October.

Cabin was cute, clean and exactly as described. The host brought us a tote of wood and newspaper for the outdoor fire pit. We brough two trucks and two trailers with SXS's. It was tight but we made it work. Cabin was right on the trail, so we were able ride right from there.

The area was perfect! Quiet, clean and scenic. Joe was great he greeted us when we arrived and assisted us when we needed. He had great local knowledge and was pleasant to talk with. The cabin was immaculate and just what we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. Local area had some good food and shopping for supplies and necessities. Lots of small town charm in the surrounding towns if shopping is your thing. Access to the lake for fishing, kayaks provided by Joe. All in all a great trip, we will definitely return
