The home is welcoming and cozy. I found it very well stocked and organized. There are many amenities that are explained in detail making them easy to operate and enjoy.

We had a party of 11 for an annual gathering. This house was perfect. The space was very comfortable for our large group. Beds are cozy and rooms all have a nearby or connected bath. The hot tub, sauna and spa were nice to have on chilly days. Easy to operate and clean. The kitchen is huge and has everything imaginable. I feel as if Stephanie must be my sister from another mister based on her details throughout the house. It is all so well organized. The best for us was the screening room to watch the Oscars. It was a terrific set up and again, very detailed instructions. Sundance is gorgeous and having the resort five minutes away was so fun. We hope to return to this rental. The exit process was easy and not overly worky at all. Communication was easy throughout the stay.

Family reunion

This was perfect for our large family reunion. The movie theater, sauna, and jacuzzi were so much fun! The house is very well maintained. We loved waking to the sound of birds and the creek outside. Sundance is a beautiful community and has a very intimate vibe in the resort area.

Beautiful cabin in Sundance

This property is in a perfect location and can house lots of people comfortably. The theater room is a fun addition as well as the hot tub. The location is amazing.

Beautiful, Spacious Cabin!

This is our families’ second time staying at this cabin, for our family reunion. We love the spacious great room, the large kitchen, and especially the theater room. The back deck is fun to cookout and sit by the wood fire. The rooms are spacious enough to have kids sleep on the ground with you if needed. The lighting is a little weird to figure out at times, but overall one of our favorite cabins in Sundance.

The Perfect Cabin for our Family Get Together

Our family of 12 traveled from England, North Carolina and Arizona to attend Homecoming at BYU. The cabin is well appointed and met all our needs. It is gorgeous inside, is in a spectacular setting and is conveniently located. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Winter home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well appointed winter home. The kitchen and furnishing were outstanding as were the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room and deck. All of our friends enjoyed our stay together and appreciated the large living room and theater room. Overall we had a wonderful week- only wish we had more snow for snow shoeing.

My birthday family reunion.

We loved our stay. The kids thought all the staircases were magical. Everyone had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very very comfortable. We enjoyed a concert at the Bluebird cafe and had a great hike to Stewart Falls

Sundance Palace

This was our third time staying at this location. We had 17 people and an 20 month old. Perfect for family reunions! Loved it!

Beautiful Mountain Home

Exactly as advertised. A great home in a nice time staying at this home. Plan accordingly and bring all of your food and drinks up the mountain when you arrive because you don't want to have to go back and forth to Provo for supplies if you don't have to.

The perfect staycation

I booked the cabin for a family weekend getaway. We stayed January 27-30th. There is something for everyone at this wonderful cabin! From the movie theater, or hot tub to gathering around the large dining room table for a family game night. Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be back!!

Cool cabin

We all had a good time. Be sure to get a 4 wheel drive with good tires. The road up to the cabin is sketch with any snow or ice.

Thanks for spending the holidays with us! As noted to renters in advance, 4 wheel drive is recommended in all Utah canyons (although not always required). -This renter experienced record breaking snowfall! It created some new challenges at Sundance for sure.
