Thank you Kevin. One of my favorites making this a beautiful setting is the upstairs balcony right outside the bedroom in the trees. It’s a little hideout to drink coffee in the morning and watch the stream, listen to the birds and think about the day. Thank you for coming. Pamela and the Mountain Cabins Utah Team.

Just what we needed!

Easy short walk to lift. Beautiful cabin, nicely furnished including full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, dish washer etc. stayed there many times. Your own parking space. Best over all value at Sundance!

Great location - Perfect for a couple

As always, TimpCreek delivers with it's perfect location to all resort amenities, cozy accommodations, and creekside peace. Pure enjoyment as we enjoyed the fall colors and a family wedding.

This is a cozy wonderful gem that is such a fun place. It truly felt like getting away. The upstairs master bedroom was wonderful as we opened the door at night and slept to the sound of the little stream below. The hot tub was very nice.

Spring at Sundance

We had a wonderful time at TimpCreek Cottage on the Stream. The cabin is charming and has a lot of character. Perfectly maintained. We enjoyed everything about it and plan to return. Pamela was amazing to work with. I would recommend this cottage 100%

This charming cottage was a page from a fairy tale. The decorating was fun and well thought out. The babbling stream was very relaxing. Every amenity was provided. Exceptionaly clean. Check in and out was very easy. I love this properity.

Magical cabin at Sundance

We have been to Sundance several times over many years, and this was our favorite rental. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and whimsically decorated, thoughtfully stocked and perfectly quiet and well situated. There is a lovely crystal clear hot tub directly adjacent to a rushing stream, a three burner propane Weber grill (grates absolutely clean), and a super comfortable bed. Ideal for a couple -- two small extra beds available but only suitable for children. Note that this property is not rented through Sundance, so amenities like the fitness room and pool are not included.

Great stay at Sundance

The Timp Creek Cottage is right on the beautiful creek and steps away from everything at the Sundance resort. The cottage is very inviting/comfortable. The decor/furniture are cabinish and eclectic, and the place is well appointed. I know there were people in the other half but I never heard them and it felt like we were in our own place. The bathrooms were great having been recently updated, the kitchen had everything we needed, and most importantly to us, everything was very clean. It was easy to relax and pleasant to hear and see the creek. We will stay again.

This was one of our most favorite stays we've EVER had. So beautiful and peaceful, very clean and they didn't miss on one single detail! We will be back time and time again. Beds were very soft, only thing I would change is a king instead of a queen as my husband and I are very used to our space while we sleep but still no complaints. Im actually ready to book it again already!

Terrific property. My wife and I stayed a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is amazing - clean, cozy, well-appointed. A stream runs alongside the condo, creating very relaxing environment. We sat in the hot tub every night and enjoyed the sound of the stream rushing by - so nice. The property managers, Pamela and Braden, are superb. Friendly, helpful, responsive, checked in by text regularly. Best of the best. Great experience - thank you so much!
