Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and pool were excellent. This was our second time staying here and we loved it.

Great Vacation Spot!

Perfect place to enjoy the beach! Easy access to the beach. This is a comfortable place with lots of room. The hosts are very accommodating !

We could have not asked for a better vacation spot. So close to the beach, clean house and property owner was prompt with communications and updates!

This house is in the perfect location. The beach are righf in front is never busy any time of the day. The house has plenty of space and love the swing in the car port.

Surfside Beach stay

This is an excellent property. The host was fabulous, the property immaculate and just right for our family. Roomy with just the space we needed. We would love to stay here again. Beach very close and the neighborhood is beautiful.

2nd Visit - Wonderful Property!

We stayed here in 2022 and came back again in 2023 and loved it! The updates that the homeowner made to the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen were great. We really enjoyed the beach access and communication with the homeowner. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

House is just across the street from beach access. House is nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is softer mattresses, and that may just be a personal preference.

Wonderful vacation

From the initial booking of Seabridge to our vacation it has been fantastic with the communication. The accommodations were excellent and had everything that we needed. The location was great with being able to walk to the beach, pool and the restaurants. Many wonderful memories were made at Surfside Beach and looking forward to making more in the future. Would highly recommend this house.

I can't overstate how much we enjoyed our stay here! It was comfortable & clean; has amazing beach access; is in a quiet neighborhood; and it's an easy walk to the pier (ice cream!) restaurants and park. Although there were seven of us, the home was spacious enough that we weren't always on top of each other...it was easy to find a quiet corner if needed. Also, we love to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked with the pots, pans, utensils-- everything we could want.

Worst experience ever! Place had doors down and broken fixtures dryer not working, Garbage disposal wouldn't work. Air went out early Sunday morning. Property manger came to fix it at 10:30 at night. Was never fixed even though he said it was. It was 85 degrees inside the condo and we had to open all doors to even get any air flow. Do yourself a favor, don't rent this property!

This was not our house. Must be a different house. I did not hear anything until now about these problems. And why would a review come now, when it was rented to this person at the end of May. Plus, we don't have a condo, it is a house.

Great!

Easy to check in. Cleaning crew had to go over a little bit, but wasn’t the property managers fault. Answered questions I had and the place was nicer than the pictures in my opinion. Short walk to the beach, good neighborhood.
