Perfect as alwaya

Get little rental. Close to the loading ramp. Circle drive makes it very easy getting the boat to and from the lake. Plus they have power ran to charge your boat batteries over night.

Great quiet place

Really enjoyed the stay here. Quiet neighborhood very close to lake. Great porch to sit on and were able to cook all our meals. Close to really good motorcycle roads and not far off the interstate.

Dardanelle Duck hunt

Very much enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our use. The car ports were a huge plus. Kathy was great to work with.

Already making plans to go again this yr. The location is perfect for Mt. Nebo and Mt Magazine and the Ozark National forest. Worry about nothing here Kat has you covered. The porch is amazing, wildlife all around you. So coffee on the porch is perfect. Home is clean and well cared for. Awesome time here.

Nice get away for the family.

My son and I enjoyed the fishing, and we all had a great time skiing on the lake. The house was very clean and the location ideal.

Great as always!

Second time at this property. Noticed several added improvements since the last time we stayed. Outdoor lighting around deck and under carport looks and works great! This place is ideal if you are bringing a boat. Circle drive, easy in and out with a trailer. Also a very nice covered carport for your vehicles, as well as your boat. There is power where you park your boat, very convenient for overnight battery charging. Looking forward to coming back this summer. Thanks!

Relaxing stay

The house worked out perfectly for an overnight trip arriving from Texas. It was very convenient to Shoal Bay Park in New Blaine which is very close by. The screened porch and deck area were great spots to share a meal and relax. Interaction with the owner was flawless- she even made a special accommodation to make sure my trip would work out as planned. I would definitely recommend.

Mt Magazine eacape

Very easy to deal with Kathy. The property has a ton of outdoor space too. Maybe next time we will take adventure of it. It was to cold this trip. The lake is just a short walk out the back door. Would definitely rent this home again

Perfect location for trail riding

Beautiful Property

Great place to unwind.

Just spent a relaxing weekend at this little piece of paradise. The inside space is very well done and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need or want. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space which was great for listening to the sounds of nature and taking in the lake view . The neighbors are far enough away to give a good amount of privacy. Wonderful place for a getaway.

Fishing Team Accommodation

If you are looking for a nice place to stay with fishing in mind then look here. There is covered parking for truck and boats, electrical hook ups and a ramp to launch at. The ramp is in the mud creek area which has great fishing.

Great amenities. Quiet and room for children if have them. Lots of space outside as well.

Easy access. Had everything I needed. No one bother me and minutes map traffic. Check in and out a breeze. Clean and comfortable

Lakeside! Perfect for our group.

The owners have set the place up perfect for a small group. Nice deck with a grill and seating to sit outside and enjoy nature. Very close to the public access boat ramp. Easy and plenty of parking. Anything we needed was available. Very clean. Will be staying here again.
