Great location!

We enjoyed the property and loved rhe house. There was a generous welcome 'package' in the fridge. It is conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely return.

Great Weekend

What an amazing house to share for the weekend!! SO close to Westport area and local eateries...Safe to walk evenings and mornings!!! Plenty of space for my group of 8...Dishes a plenty...Basic pantry items stocked and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate my daughters med school graduation! Thank you Michael for allowing us to have the house early Friday and a leisurely check out Monday.... We had an amazing time and made some wonderful memories...

Great place for weekend stay

Michael was very accommodating to us during our stay as he allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our flight times. Great area of Kansas City to stay for a fun time!

Older home with character that I love! Nice hot tub and great front porch. Needs a porch light and/or street light. It can be hard to see off the street. Great location to find food and culture!

Excellent stay which made for an even better weekend

Michael was a wonderful host and made our weekend away even better! The house was as advertised, the amenities provided were lovely, and ease of communication made getting settled a breeze. The location is centralized and made for getting around downtown easy. This property is great for adults, as well as children. The host provided a pack-and-play and high chair, in addition to a fully stocked kitchen with adult and child tableware. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for an evening to see a show at the Uptown. Decent walk to the venue. The property was great, beds were very comfortable, and the host left us a welcome package in the fridge. Highly recommended!

Great stay for our friends birthday!

We wanted a comfortable place to host our friends birthday with some out of town friends and the property was spacious and very comfortable with great accommodations. The hot tub was a very nice addition and the house itself is beautiful!

Charming old House

Beautiful 150 year old home with all the comforts and amenities you could want. Simple Check-In and easy Check-Out. Communication with property owner was great. They provided a few welcome treats on the fridge and good recommendations for local eats. The property is located on a nice street near midtown and makes many sights very accessible. Would stay here again.

Kansas City Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience and our host was wonderful. The house worked perfect for a family of 8 and gave us plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the back yard and the park that was within walking distance. We loved being close to everything! The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for a great experience!

Cool historic home and amazing location

We enjoyed our stay at Michael's charming historic home. It's just as listed and very close to so much in KC. We loved walking down to the Nelson and Plaza and sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Michael was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

This was an amazing stay!!

Clean and Great location

We had a short stay in KCMO but were within walking distance of the Nelson Atkins Art museum and very close to Westport. House was well kept and suited well for a family stay. Property manager was super easy to work with and kind. Recommend

Great house! Great location for a weekend in KC!

We came to see an art exhibit in KC with my daughter and some friends! We loved the house! Loved the hot tub! Great location to Westport and the Plaza. We will stay here again. Owner was great to work with! Aside from the property, we actually had a situation where my daughter’s class had a Covid exposure and we couldn’t make the trip the weekend we had booked. The owner was very understanding and allowed us to reschedule with no additional fees. We really appreciated his flexibility. Great person to work with m.

Great place!

Rented Michael’s place just for the night with my mom and sister. Home is in a great neighborhood and just as pictured. Very clean and beds super comfortable! We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Michael was awesome and very available and responsive. We stayed during a snowstorm and when the coffee maker was acting up he came out in the snow to bring a French press and coffee and shoveled all the walkways and driveway. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
