Perfect house for a weekend trip with buddies

We had four guys in for a golf trip. House was in a nice neighborhood, great yard, clean interior with nice amenities. Would book again!

Excellent location minutes from Tampa

This is an awesome location if you want to be close to Tampa attractions. It's a short drive to Busch Gardens, the aquarium, beaches and downtown Tampa. So much fun kayaking and paddle boarding on the waterways. The pool was nice to lounge in after a busy day!

Everything about this home was perfection! It was clean, organized, well kept and everything needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay was provided. Beds were super comfy! The pool was incredible- clean and perfect temp! Communication with Lynn was on point! I definitely recommend this property !

A great getaway

We loved our stay ! The house was perfect for my sister and I to bring our kids down to Florida for a long weekend. The spa and pool were the highlight of the trip! We had two great day trips to the beaches as well. The house was clean and the layout was perfect for us. Lynn was available to us to answer questions and quick to respond. We’d love to do it again!

Gorgeous House in Great Location

This newly renovated house is absolutely gorgeous! The beds are comfortable, the towels are soft and cushy, and the house is super clean. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub. The location is central to being able to go to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa or Clearwater easily. We arrived to the home after dark most nights after a day of adventures and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Lynn was amazing. She checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and quickly addressed any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at this house and hope to visit again ourselves!

Beautiful property, words and pictures cannot describe!

This house is so clean and so cozy. Everything is well thought out, practical and with a purpose, which made me love it even more. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the bathroom is perfect. I couldn't take enough pictures and videos of this home. The back yard is so amazing that I did not want to leave. I practically stayed in my bathing suit and in and out of that beautiful pool. I would definitely like to come back to this house. Publix and Starbucks are not but 1.8 miles up the street. If you are like me and certain things are very important such as a spotless, immaculate house, no bugs, no dust, no issues at all, I promise you... THIS IS IT!!!

All amenities made for a great long weekend. Caught a redfish and snapper in the canal. Bait shop and grocery 5 minutes away were very convenient.

Great place to stay while traveling to Tampa for the Eagles vs Bucs game. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. Well maintained inside and out. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The communication with Melinda was perfect. We will definitely stay here again in the future when in the Tampa area. Thank you!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this beautiful waterfront home in Tampa Bay. The views were stunning and the peaceful setting made it an ideal escape. With it being such a hot weekend, the pool was an absolute godsend-crystal clear, refreshing, and the perfect spot to cool off and unwind.The home itself was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent time on the patio enjoying the breeze and watching the boats pass by.The host Melinda was responsive and made everything easy. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Great place for summer fun!

Great location on the bay and centrally located to attractions. We kayaked in the mangroves and the kids fished if they were not in the pool.

Great house for an adult family!

The house was absolutely perfect. We were in town for a funeral and had all of our kids stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone but also had a great outdoor area for all of us to relax. The house was nicely stocked and we didn’t need to bring anything with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home and Location!

Our stay was amazing! The house was extremely comfortable, renovated, and the private yard was extraordinary. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the location being so close to the airport and downtown Tampa was great. Highly recommend and will certainly stay here again when returning to the Tampa area!

Nice place for a golf trip

Everything was great. Close to the airport and downtown. Only problem we had was the hot tub works on a heat pump and we couldnt the temp past 94 degrees
