Perfect house for a weekend trip with buddies

We had four guys in for a golf trip. House was in a nice neighborhood, great yard, clean interior with nice amenities. Would book again!

Nice place for a golf trip

Everything was great. Close to the airport and downtown. Only problem we had was the hot tub works on a heat pump and we couldnt the temp past 94 degrees

Great stay!

We traveled with two families with children. The house was very clean and spacious enough for all of us. The kids loved the pool. Close to the airport, and they responded quickly when we had a question. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

We are always trying new homes on the water with kayaks to explore and fish new areas. This was one of the best houses! It is stocked so well, great location, very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful house for our family getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was clean, and spacious, inside and out, stocked way more than we expected, close to anything we needed. We liked everything about it! It made such a difference to our trip to be able to stay at such a fantastic property. We look forward to coming back!

Excellent location minutes from Tampa

This is an awesome location if you want to be close to Tampa attractions. It's a short drive to Busch Gardens, the aquarium, beaches and downtown Tampa. So much fun kayaking and paddle boarding on the waterways. The pool was nice to lounge in after a busy day!

Very relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home is super charming and was perfect for our stay. We were close to everything (restaurants, groceries, etc.), but if we stayed in, we had everything we needed as well. Thank you Lynn!!

Enjoyed our time at this home. Clean, up to date, pool and backyard were a perfect size and nicely kept. The Host was responsive and quickly resolved minimal issues. Close to airport, highways and downtown tampa...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just what we needed

Very clean and fully stocked as previous reviews have stated. We picked this house for an extended stay in the heart of the Tampa Bay area to visit family and friends while enjoying some much needed downtime. The pool and backyard area were perfect. Melinda is a fantastic host as well.
