Newly remodeled home with a huge open floor plan, all new appliances and new furniture. Relax by the heated pool, sit on the dock or enjoy the screened in patio. Wake up to the sun rise and go to bed with the serenity of the lake. Fenced in yard for privacy. Stay here for a retreat or an amazing end of day relaxing place after enjoying all of what Tampa area has to offer. Close to Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete's Beach, Tampa Bay River Walk, Tampa Airport, Football, Baseball and Hockey Stadiums, Downtown Tampa and only 1.5 hours away for a day trip to Disney World.

My family and I spent 5 nights and loved every minute of our stay. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect, and the view with the small lake was beautiful. Highly recommended place to stay.

An amazing place to stay! Very comfortable for 7 of us and in a nice area. There was also an easy drive to both Tampa and the airport. We loved the pool and the view of the lake! I experienced great communication with the host! Highly recommend staying here!

Our friends and family were amazed at the location, views, and fabulousness of the house . It was more than they could have thought it would be . The pool and view of the water were great. The inside was sleek and friendly for a large group for celebrating a graduation day gathering .

The property was better than I expected. Was close to Publix, Target and Chickfil A.Very nice neighborhood pool overlooking a lake. Everything was provided and we will go back in a heartbeat. The owner was easy to reach, and very polite.The rooms were very clean and the kitchen…well I would love that in my house.All your needs for a relaxing vacation or short visit is provided…Thank you for a great time for our family to all stay, eat and be together.Vicki

The home was very nice, and the owners did a great job of making the property homey and comfortable.The heated pool was appreciated on the days we had a little cooler weather.The owners responded quickly to us when we had a question. Overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend to any family looking for a VRBO to stay in Tampa.

This was by far one of our favorite stays. The house everything to meet our needs and the guys loved to be able to fish when we weren’t swimming!

Tranquil Getaway

The location is great, the neighbors are very welcoming, it's awesome to swim in the pool and watch the planes fly over. Very comfortable with great kitchen and other amenities.

Great spot for relaxing

We stayed at the property over spring break this year. It was just as the pictures described extremely clean and a great place to spend family time together. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to book a family experience.

Great stay! We were in Tampa for outpatient surgery at the Norman Endocrine Hospital. The house is less than 3 miles from the facility. Everything in the house was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed to prepare meals and there are many great restaurants close by. The pool and lake are wonderful! The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. One of the best rentals we have stayed in through VRBO. Highly recommend! Great place to relax and enjoy the Tampa area

Came here for the two night Metallica show. Wonderful home for the six of us, had everything we needed, pool was awesome, beds were awesome, very clean and just a really nice place, had so much fun!!
