Perfect property and location

Sean & Lindsay were so kind and prompt in communication. Their property is so close to the entrance of ACL and the amenities they offer at the property made for a memorable trip. We are so appreciative! Thank you!

Amazing Austin Experience

This house has all the amenities and more if you’re looking to be right in the middle of where all the action takes place in Austin look no further, we really enjoyed the whole Sean as well. He did everything to ensure our stay was a smooth and comfortable as possible would definitely give this place five stars and recommend to all of my family and friends.

Oasis in the Heart of Fun at Barton Springs

The home is quintessential Austin and fits into the quirkiness of the area. We ran into a couple of snags and questions during our stay, but Sean was absolutely fantastic with problem shooting and accommodating for our needs. We highly recommend this home for other travelers, especially those with children under 5 years old and teenagers. Our 16-year daughter was impressed with the space and coolness/hipness of the location. "My friends would be stoked if we lived in this neighborhood".

Boys Trip!

I just took my two oldest boys (11yo and 14yo) on a boys trip to Austin and this was the perfect house for our trip. The boys loved everything from the vintage video games and bunk beds to cooling off at night in the outdoor cowboy pool while watching Netflix on the large outdoor tv. It was a perfect boys haven! A main focus of our trip was swimming at Barton Springs and this house had the perfect location for that. We were also able to just walk across the street and grab some TexMex at Chuys or some gelato from a nearby food truck. The owner was totally available and extremely helpful without being imposing. My boys are already talking about when we could bring the rest of the family to Austin and try to get this house again.

Great Spot

Stayed here to celebrate an upcoming wedding and it was fantastic. Patio is great, sleeps a large group and is in a great location.
