We loved working with Rachel. She was extremely responsive during our entire stay. The house was beautiful, a perfect spot for our girls trip celebrating the end of a six year volunteer stint we took on together. The location was great, easy to get to all the spots we wanted to try out around Austin. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location with easy access to all the paths and trails. The house was beautiful and spacious. Great game room!! A bit on the noisy side but we were aware and brought ear plugs for sleeping. Would love to stay here again!

We loved gathering in this beautiful home! Everything is well thought out for guests visiting with easy arrival and easy departure. The location is just perfect for getting around town easily. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants, Terry’s Barbecue is so delicious, highly recommend their brisket! Coming home to relax in the pool and spa was just perfect after a long day of sight seeing! Communication with Rachel was great! She answered any and all questions we had with a thoughtful and caring response. Thank you for not making us feel like a bother while we were there! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home feel while in Austin and a great location!

Comfortable, great location rain or shine!

We celebrated the engagement of our daughter and all our family felt so comfortable in this very spacious home that gave all of us a comfortable king bed, a well stocked kitchen, and a covered patio so we could spend time outdoors in rainy weather. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for sure!

The Downtown Oasis house exceeded my expectations. The home was clean, comfortable and large enough to house my family of 6 adults and four grands. Each family had their own private space and we came together for meals and games on the main floor. The pool and hot tub were fun ( the kids loved it) and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The host, Rachel, was amazing!! She recommended a private chef, "Chef Derek" and he and his team made us a 5 star dinner for my birthday. The location was easy to get around and the views at night from the balcony were beautiful.

Family Vacation

The property is even better than the pictures. We met up with family living in different parts of the country and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is beautiful, the outdoor areas gorgeous and the neighborhood is amazing. The home is located near downtown in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restuarants and coffee shops. We will most definitely be back.

The Downtown Oasis is amazing! The home is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. It's very private while still being in the hub of Austin. We loved the patio and the hot tub. There is also so much space to congregate together but also have your own space. If you like BBQ there is an amazing place about a block away. A huge thank you to Rachel! Who not only went out of her way in a short timeframe to accommodate us but also actively reached out to solve problems we weren't even aware of yet. 5 Star hosts!!!

FAVORITE house for family trip

We travel a lot as a family, and we collectively said this was our favorite house we've stayed in. The layout was perfect. Allowed for community, solitude, entertaining, eating, playing cards, etc. Our two 18 kids had the lower level bedrooms like their very own Suite, and parents and young kids had a separate Suite upstairs. It was perfect. The multiple patios and seating areas created a lot of variety. The kitchen was fantastic, especially loved the beverage fridge. Will stay here again in Austin. Location was indeed perfect. 1 mile to downtown and 1 mile to shopping street Congress.

Perfect House for Special Occasion

We had a fantastic stay. Our son got engaged at the nearby Zilker Botanical Gardens, and we hosted a small luncheon afterward for our families and a few close friends. The house was absolutely perfect—beautiful, well-equipped, and so comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed and made hosting easy, and the patio off the kitchen and living room was a favorite gathering spot. The dads even managed to enjoy the pool between work calls, and the pool table on the lower level added some extra fun for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better for showing the soon-to-be in-laws around Austin. The host was very responsive as well. We truly had a wonderful time and felt right at home. We look forward to staying at this property again on future visits to Austin.
