Photos use standard wide-angle lenses, so rooms can look larger online (though the master has a king bed, crib space, and large vanity). The swim spa holds 3,000 gallons and normally heats in 6–8 hours; we’re sorry it took longer for you. We have never offered a fire pit here—the composite deck and neighborhood rules prohibit open flame. The dock light had been reported and was already being addressed. Steps without handrails are common in Florida waterfront homes; guests with mobility concerns are welcome to ask in advance. We’re puzzled by the “soft wall” comment—the dividing walls are thin but structurally sound, and this is the first we’ve heard of any concern. Our maintenance team takes pride in keeping the property safe; more details would help. Fishing success depends on conditions, tides, and technique—results aren’t guaranteed.
