Come, enjoy this 3 bedroom/2 bath 2000 sq.ft. home in Saint James City with over 150 feet of seawall. This Villa is a fishermans paradise with a covered boat lift. You are only minutes from the waters of Pine Island Sound. This area is known for some of the best fishing for snook, redfish, trout, grouper, snapper, pompano, cobia and more. Make your way North past Sanibel , Captiva and Cayo Costa to the waters around Boca Grande Pass to find the largest tarpon population in the world. If after all that, you are all worn out, why not just relax and fish the sandy flats and mangroves always just minutes away. For your information, there are also fishing charter services available nearby.

The owners are awesome following up to see if you need anything or if there would be anything they can do make the stay more enjoyable. The house is clean and location is great.

Great Stay

House was super clean and well equipped! It was wonderful to put the boat on the lift, jump in the pool, and make a meal with our family. Host was super friendly and very accommodating.

We loved our stay at Fisherman’s Delight. We have stayed at several homes in the area but this home stands out as not just a rental property but as someone's home. The furniture, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds make this house stand out. We really enjoyed spending time in the large pool area and the pool. The pool area was a great spot for morning coffee and bird watching. The house was very clean and check-in was very easy, all instructions needed inside the house. Loved the location, nice quiet neighborhood. Laura was great to work with during booking and our stay. We would not hesitate to book the house again if available. Great property and host!

Relax and maybe don't fish

This property is a great place to relax and enjoy nature if you are not into fishing. Additionally, if you like to bike, the areas low traffic and scenic views are ideal. Laura the owner was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect place for family getaway

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend away from our busy lives and this house was exactly that. Fishing right out of the backyard was exactly what we needed to recharge.

Beautiful home in great location

We enjoyed docking our boat right behind the house and being centrally located to take day trips all around the island. Our favorite destinations were Sanibel and Cayo Costa. Pine island has great farms to explore as well, and we left with delicious mangoes. We are not big on fishing but we saw fish being caught everywhere we went, so this is truly a fisherman’s paradise as well.

Ideal location!!

Perfect location getaway! This area still has the old Florida charm! Great restaurants close by and quiet neighborhood. Fishing in the canals and bay was perfect. Very clean and completely refurbished home. The owners were helpful and attentive! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful fishing vacation

My wife and I spent five wonderful days at the property. Being able to bring our boat and keep it on the lift was beyond convenient. The house itself was neat, well stocked, and a bargain for the price. The entire area was a pleasure to explore by boat, and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great Host, Great Home, Great Location

This home was perfect for our family trip over spring break. There was a small hiccup at check-in, but Laura went to great lengths to ensure everything got taken care of. We had great communication, and she was always willing to help provide anything we needed. The home was spacious, well-furnished and stocked for us to make meals and enjoy time around the pool. The location was very safe, convenient, and laid back, just the way we like it! We would absolutely stay here again!

25 th Anniversary vacation

Went fishing every day except the first day, they were replacing the boat lift. It is all new and nice now. House is like new inside and pool is nice.Air conditioner outside master bedroom is a little loud and the bed is firmer than we like. Over all we had a good time and are planning to go back.

Delightful

We enjoyed our time at Fisherman’s delight. The home is perfectly located near main waterways, local restaurants, and bars. It was clean and spacious, updated, stocked well with nice towels, blankets, and bedding, nice furniture, and even great smelling candles. The pool area was roomy. The boat lift and dock are were perfect. Gorgeous trees all around the house. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home and making others stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to book again!
