Nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home near Lemon Bay. The unit has 1 king-size bed and a twin bed. The living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa, chairs, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. There is a second TV in the master bedroom. The dining table and 4 chairs are next to the living room. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There are free Wi-Fi internet and a full-size washer & dryer. There are 2 small outdoor seating areas to enjoy the 'great outdoors'.
Located within a short (1.0 mile) drive to Dearborn Street, the hub of activity for the community, and to the public beaches, restaurants, and shops. Bring your boat! Just a short (1.5 mile) drive to Indian Mound boat ramp and quarter mile to Bay Heights boat ramp. On-site storage for your boat trailer is available at the property.
The homeowner will consider allowing up to 2 well-behaved dogs, less than 25 lbs each for an additional fee.
