This is a wonderful home with everything you need during your stay! Centralized with easy access to everywhere you are looking to go. Nice large back patio and hot tub to relax after a long day! Would highly recommend this place!

Communication with the host is easy and prompt. The house is welcoming with many little extra touches. Adorable coffee center totally equipped. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough about this house. It had everything we needed plus so many extra little touches like bug spray, sunscreen, coffee and creamers. Location perfect for Sedona, Cottonwood and the wine trail. Hot tub a super plus for after hikes and stargazing. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

This is my second time at The Tipsy Moon and it’s amazing! The house is perfect for us to hang out in and in a great location for wine tasting. It’s my go to place to stay when I come up here!

The place was clean and lovely. It is close enough to old town Cottonwood to walk and close to any place else we wanted to visit in about 20 minute drive or less.

This is a great house in a prime location. The house was very clean, the tub was great for stargazing, everything was very comfortable, and the owner was very communicative. I would highly recommend this rental! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location to call home for a week while we adventured to Sedona, Jerome, and even the Grand Canyon. Used the hot tub after our long hikes and enjoyed exploring Cottonwood!

Awesome place. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do in Cottonwood, Sedona, and even close enough to visit the Grand Canyon for a day drip.

What a wonderful place to stay for a week! Alisha was always quick to respond to any inquiry. The house was spotless. We especially enjoyed the back yard, and used it extensively - hot tub, fire table, TV, and a table for puzzles and games! As good or better any place we've stayed.

We really enjoyed staying at the Tipsy Moon! Beds were so comfortable! Backyard so inviting, Decor of the home was beautiful and the Coffee bar was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

Great time in cottonwood

The house looks just like the pictures. Location is short drive to downtown cottonwood and easy to get to Sedona. Great quiet location.

Great rental, close to many outdoor activities

Really enjoyed staying in Cottonwood as a base for exploring the Verde Valley. The property had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a day hiking. We appreciated the bedding and the comfort of the home.

Friends Trip

We were delighted with the house, very clean and well stocked. The location was great, close to Jerome, Sedona and Clarksdale. We recommend it highly.
