Location, location, location! - a short stroll to everything downtown. The house was very clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen sparkling with sufficient glassware, dishes, etc...everything you might need to prepare simple meals. It's really a sweet little house. We very much enjoyed it and would definately stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay in this property! The house was everything we needed as it’s within walking distance of the many things Old Town Cottonwood had to offer.

Great location and great property. Spacious living room, nice kitchen, great yard. Just a small walk from all the best places in town. We were able to do some laundry to freshen up our clothes. The back bedroom ran a little warm. May want to check into the AC for back there. Overall lived it and great for my family's stay.

The property is somewhat mis represented when it claims newly remodeled. True the living room and kitchen are (and well done) but the rest of the home needs some serious help. Carpets in the bedrooms would be a tremendous help. (filthy - stained - worn out) New blinds that are not broken big help. Dresser space or shelving to put your clothes along with closet space. Clean up the front and back porch, Cobb webs and spiders and such are not real appealing to most folks. Gas BBQ supply line had been severely burned by someone and would have been disastrous if someone were to try and lite it. I will stop there but there is more. The good parts.... great location with great potential even being on a very very busy street, nice back yard. The Host was responsive and after numerous emails and a phone call to VRBO I was refunded my money. Until the remodel is complete, I would avoid this property.

This home was in the perfect location. A short walk to downtown Cottenwood restaurants, unique shops, coffee shops and so much more. Clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Very nice house with accurate listing and all rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property; we would stay here again.

Wonderful location…easy access to hiking and all we wanted to do. Traffic noise from street house is located on. House was clean and well stocked. Carpets in bedrooms were very soiled.
