7-Minutes To Beach with Screened Heated Pool located in Largo

7-minute drive to the Indian Rocks Beach approximately 2 minutes from Largo Public Golf Course and 4 mins north of Publix. Closest airport is St Pete/Clearwater approximately 15 mins and Tampa Airport is approximately 30 mins This home features a heated screened in pool (heated Nov-April only*) covered patio, outdoor couch with ottomans, adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, smart television, coffee/side tables, outdoor dining table/chairs. Yard is fenced in for privacy. Neighborhood is quiet & peaceful.

New 2023 Exterior Paint, New fence 2024, Interior of Pool and Pool Cage Screen refinished June 2024.

Primary bedroom features a California King size bed, walk-in closet, smart tv and full bathroom with shower stall.

Second bedroom features a 2 full beds, smart tv, full closet

Hallway bathroom features shower/tub combo

Living room features a sectional couch, a large screen smart television, side & coffee table with views of the pool.

Beach day things: 4 Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, bag cooler, hard 40 qt cooler and umbrella

Washer/Dryer Area Available off Kitchen Area

Portable pack n play and high chair available.

We will provide the following items:
Hand soap, 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom and 2 Trash Bags per trash can. We also supply 2 dishwasher pods along with 2 laundry detergent pods.

NO PETS ALLOWED!!

*Pool Heater: The pool heater is designed to increase the water temperature by approximately 20-25 degrees F above the outdoor air temperature. Heating performance may vary based on weather conditions, including nighttime temperatures, wind and rain.
Please note that if ambient temperatures are very low, the pool may not reach desired temperature such as 86 degrees or higher, as this is a standard limitation for residential pool heating systems. We will ensure that the heater is operating correctly, but specific temperature guarantees cannot be provided during cold weather.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT, the pool is monitored, tested and cleaned before each guest arrives. If any equipment has been touched or altered, this could result in a damage fee. There are 2 cameras located on the home: camera on the mailbox that faces the front of the home and the other is located on the corner of the house that faces the air conditioning unit and pool equipment.

Great place to stay. Pool is for the most part private minus a neighbors camera. Home was clean and ready for us. It’s a little far from some of the main go to places. Dunedin is 30 minutes away. Clearwater is closer. Area comes across as questionable but we never felt unsafe. As someone going for a vacation this met all the requirements for us. We will 100% be returning next year if not sooner.

The host was very communicative from the start and available for anything that we needed.The home was in an excellent location to shops and stores…. AND THE BEACH!!! And the home has EVERYTHING you would need for a beach trip. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely rent from Erik again!!!!

The host was hyper responsive during booking and provided a great property. Check in/out was super simple. Our family enjoyed the out great outdoor pool. The property had everything we needed and was great!

The house was exactly what was advertised and super clean when we arrived. The location was perfect, tucked in a quiet area but still really easy to get everywhere we needed. We loved the pool and screened-in patio, they were such a nice place to relax and hang out. They also had the perfect beach setup, which made for an easy and perfect beach day. Overall it was a great stay and felt very comfortable and easy. We would absolutely love to make this our go-to spot for future trips back to the area.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect, the hosts were very responsive when we needed to contact them, the neighborhood was quiet and very close to Clearwater (20 minutes).

We booked this based on other reviews. I will say it was perfect for us! We had our family vacation here and we will definitely be booking here again. Erik was very responsive if we needed anything and made sure we had what we needed. The location for us we great since we weren’t far from the beach(for us at least). It was great to have the extra things for the beach so we didn’t have to bring much. Over all, I would definitely recommend!

Everything that was stated on VRBO was provided - our overall stay was lovely even though the weather was quite chilly. Kristy did a great job responding to any concerns we had. She takes good care of the property.

This is a wonderful vacation rental! Clean, beautiful and comfortable. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the outdoor space by the pool despite the fact that the beach was only 7 minutes away. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool area was amazing. The pool was clean and heated. The hosts were very nice and responded to us very quickly when we had a question or concern. I have been using VRBO for many years, around the United States and internationally, and this was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Great House for Families

The house was a great fit for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Location was super convenient to restaurants and the beach!

Erik and Kristy were good communicators. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood is quiet and it was close to multiple beaches. The kitchen is well-equipped and we loved the pool area, both for relaxing and for swimming in the heated pool. The ability to use the beach gear for the beach was also huge for us since we flew.

Perfect little getaway
