Communication was great and the house was perfect for our needs. Close to everything you need to get to and the fenced in yard was a nice perk!

We brought our dogs as this is a pet friendly property. We appreciated the fenced in yard and the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again as we visit the area a few times each year.

Very good communication fast response checked in often to make sure our stay was going good. Has a fenced in yard. Very quiet neighborhood. This place was amazing and met every need we had. This is absolutely amazing and highly recommend.

Cozy, clean , conveniently located.

Our host was super accommodating , available, and friendly. The house was small but clean , cozy, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located for a short drive to Clearwater Beach and Tampa. Will definitely stay there again and recommend.

Clearwater Family Visit

The house was a perfect fit for myself, my husband and my little 7lb dog. This was a visit to see family in the Clearwater area, so it was a great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Host was very helpful.

Nice place. Would definitely book again.

This little 2 bedroom duplex is super nice. Don't let the duplex part scare you away. I didn't hear a peep out of the other side for my entire stay (10 days). I was there for work but it's also convenient to the beaches. Host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely book again.

The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had zero complaints. Our fur babies were happy there as well. The back yard is fenced so no worries about your fur baby getting out. Nina and Bob were the best host. We would give 100 stars if we could. I highly recommend if you're going to stay in Largo. The neighborhood was wonderful as well extremely quiet, and there are a lot of families in the area. Fantastic stay!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!!

Best Host Ever

The check in process could not have been easier. Everything was so neat and clean and labeled for ease of use. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The neighbors were friendly and would wave to us when we went for our walks on the sidewalk outside the duplex. We never heard anyone on this quiet street. The yard was nice and secure for our little dog so we didn’t have to worry about her getting out. If ever there were any questions the host was kind and courteous and prompt in her reply. What a little gem

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again! The home was extremely clean. The cute decor looked as pictured and was comfy throughout. We slept well on the beds.The host was incredibly attentive. I sent a message through the app late at night fully expecting a response the next morning, but they replied almost immediately. (Sorry again for the late-night message!) That level of communication was very much appreciated.The A/C kept the house nice and cool- a relief from the Florida summer heat. The neighborhood was quiet but easy to get out to everything we wanted to do.The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is on the small side. It wasn't an issue for us at all—we just kept our toiletries in our bathroom bag. If you're a group that likes to spread everything out on the counter, just plan accordingly. It definitely wasn't a deal breaker and wouldn't keep us from staying here again.This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we're back in the area! Thank you
