Our oceanfront property with a rooftop patio, dock, heated pool, private hot tub and elevator makes this your own paradise!

Stay 14 days and receive an 8% discount OR 28 days and receive an 18% discount!

You can enjoy ocean views from both the hot tub and pool. The hot tub is completely private! The pool is shared with the other 13 homes in our private community, though it`s rarely busy (except on some holidays) as most owners are absentee or occupied enjoying all the Keys have to offer!
- Maximum 2 cars allowed on the property

- 1 boat under 25’ permitted at the private dock

- Maximum overnight guests: 8

- Minimum age to rent: 21

- No pets allowed (Sorry, No pets allowed! Although we love our pets and have 3 of our own, even we leave them at home. We have so much invested and are always trying to make it amazing for all. It also wouldn’t be fair to others that were promised our house to be pet free.)

- 7 night minimum is set by the City of Marathon according to our license.

Photos and description of this property was exactly what I wanted for our family vacation! it was spot on! The home was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great and the views were spectacular!We did a ½ day charter, took our catch to a local “cook your catch”. Jet skied, fished off the dock and the pool was great!Our host was the best!!!We will come back!

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had fantastic views. We especially fell in love with the rooftop view—it was so nice that we spent hours just relaxing and hanging out around the house without feeling the need to leave.The house is exceptionally well-stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, laundry detergent, and a full set of pots and pans for cooking. We actually brought a lot of extra supplies from home that we didn't end up needing at all because everything was already there.There were just a couple of minor maintenance items in the kitchen, including a small leak under the sink cabinet caused by the sink seal, but we cleaned it up and let the host know right away.Overall, it was a great experience with plenty of space and amenities for a relaxing trip. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

The hosts were very accommodating and responded to questions promptly. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. There are state parks, walking trails, and restaurants nearby. The views from every room are spectacular.

The house was perfect! Clean and beautifully set with a perfect view of the ocean. Quiet gated community!!! The owners were very attentive and friendly providing quick responses. Just don’t wait until the last day to jump off the boat dock and go for a swim!!!! Will definitely be back

The property is amazing! Breathtaking views, very clean/comfortable, and close to so many fun activities and great restaurants. Wonderful hosts, too!

Great Place!

Loved the view and layout with all the places to hang out. We spent time on the rooftop, balconies, pool, hot tub, and the dock.

Week in the Florida Keys

Wonderful stay. House was great clean spacious and well appointed everything we needed. By far the nicest rental we have ever had in the Keys. Would highly recommend and plan to book again.

Property was as advertised. Very well maintained and offered many extras

Location is very good and well maintained. Many extras were included that made the stay even better. Larry was accommodating and communication was good. Would likely stay again.

Perfect!

We loved this place - exactly as described online! It was spotless upon arrival and was very well appointed. The location was great and there were numerous restaurants in the area. Hosts were very quick to reply to questions and the views were great- we spent every evening on the rooftop deck enjoying the beautiful sunsets!

Wonderful homes with amazing views and accommodations. Property owner was quick to reapond and good to work with. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views

Everything was great, really enjoyed sunrise and sunset. Kitchen was loaded. Nice new grill. All great!

We had to change our travel plans at the last minute and decided on the Keys. We are so happy we chose this place. The host was great to deal with. There were 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was a big plus to bring up suitcases and groceries. The views were exceptional with 2 balconies and a rooftop deck. A heated community pool and a private hot tub that was well maintained. There wasn't one thing that unit lacked, either in the kitchen, bathrooms or bedrooms. There were plenty of extras, laundry soap etc. We had a wonderful time, and we didn't have one problem. I would definitely stay here again.Thanks for a great vacation.

Amazing property we had a blast

Everything was amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Kids enjoyed the pool and the men enjoyed the dock to fish. The views were amazing and would love to consider staying here again! The elevator is a plus instead of walking the stairs. The house is beautiful the views are breathe taking when the sun comes up and goes down. Very well needed relaxation vacation.

Beautiful home in great location

Our family of 4 enjoyed the water views from every level of this beautiful home and the sunset views from the rooftop deck. The house is well-maintained and well-stocked. The indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub were great amenities for relaxing after our excursions. The location is central to snorkeling, dolphin encounters and other FL Keys. We also enjoyed walking to get coffee, bagels, etc.

A gem!

Wonderful home in a beautiful location! Home was spacious, comfortable, furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need. Pool area is small but nice and we had it to ourselves all week except for one time. Host was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this home!

Vacation Oasis

Beautiful home nestled on the gulf, close to restaurants and stores, gift shops. It was hard to leave. We had family ranging from 13 to 83 (which the elevator was helpful for my mom). We all enjoyed every moment of the place. The private hot tub was a nice touch. We caught a few fish on the docks, was visited by a pod of manatees everyday. The house was very equipped with extra blankets, paper towels and toilet paper which was nice. Can't wait to go back.

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful location and the place was great. House was clean and nice in all aspects. We got lucky and had 5 great families staying on the street. Everyone fished together each night and had a great time. I think we caught 20 different species of fish off the docks. Plenty to do on Marathon and it’s an hour to Key West for the day. Hosts were commutative and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our favorites: Beach- Bahia Honda state park (beautiful, great snorkeling) Food- Island Fish Co Robbies was very fun but don’t go for the food

A perfect family vacation in The Keys!

Everything was absolutely amazing! This property is located right on the water with an amazing sunset view (you can also see the sunrise if you are an early riser!). We spent lots of relaxing hours by the pool and on the rooftop deck. This was our first trip to The Keys and found Marathon to be delightful. It was very laid-back, but close enough for a day trip to Key West. There are lots of great restaurants and a couple within walking distance. We spent almost every evening on the rooftop watching the sunset and walked to Conch Custard for ice cream. The property is just as described and accommodated all six of our group quite comfortably. Wish we never had to leave!

we had an incredible vacation at the villa! the property and home were super clean, everyone in the community was super friendly, and the location is incredible! we brought our 20ft flats boat and having the dock steps away was awesome! we were on the water every day and saw so much! sandbars, mangrove islands, sombrero reef, the grass flats- all of it was thrilling. we saw so much wild life and had a blast night fishing from the dock. the nearby island fish co and keys fisheries were easy to get to, fun, and delicious. again- the location of the villa is incredible. we are already planning a longer return trip next year- we were so sad to leave. communication and instructions from the host were easy to understand and the hosts were responsive and kind- we were even able to check in a bit early which was great! we only had 2 negatives about the property- the amazing rooftop deck does have furniture, but no umbrella or shade, so we could really only use it at sunset/night- it’s hot up there! number 2 were the beds and pillows in the main bedrooms. after all day in the boat, we wanted to sink into luxury bedding comparable to a hotel, but the mattress and pillows were pretty low quality for the money we paid in our opinion. we’re hopeful these will be upgraded next year. all in all though, an incredible villain an incredible location with everything in your back yard. can’t wait to return.

A great view of paradise!

This was a great getaway place for our family of 6 - (all adults). We had breakfast on the rooftop every morning. We used the pool and the hot tub multiple times. There are several places at the unit to eat your meals - either outside or inside. The views are incredible -- we saw sunsets from a few different places while we were there and the sunset from this property rivaled them all. Marathon was a very nice place to stay - it was easy to take a day trip to Key West. There are a Walgreens and Dollar Tree very close to the property so keep that in mind when planning your grocery shopping. We could have saved a lot of $$ over buying everything at Publix. Highly recommend this property. You'll have a great time.

Growing up in Ohio and dealing with the long winter season, I was lured down to explore Florida. Stumbling on the Keys, I couldn't believe how incredibly gorgeous they were with the variety of flora and fauna. Temperate compared to the rest of Florida during the summer with clear warm waters and it is usually the warmest place in the US during the winter. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, island life, dining, beaches, all with a small-town feel and all the comforts of the US! What's not to love?!

The desire to be part of the keys and spend more time here led me to buy my first place in 1997. One of the best parts is sharing the experience with others. This led me to share my home with others for the last 20 years!

This location is especially amazing. Located steps from the ocean, close to Vaca Cut provides incredible views, gorgeous water with so many fish swimming under the dock that it feels like an aquarium! We really have it all: Dock, pool, oceanfront view, comfort, all in a small gated community of 14 other newer homes. There is nothing else like it!!
