Large house and property that easily accommodated eight of us. House was clean upon arrival. Spacious, beautiful backyard area with clean pool and nice tiki bar. Located on a larger canal that had plenty of fish and a few manatees, and provides dockage for a larger boat. Great location close to many restaurants, stores, and marine needs. About an hour and a half ride to Key West. Owner was very responsive. The house met our needs and expectations. We enjoyed our stay.

All guests found the beds very comfortable and the accommodations perfect for our group of friends and family. The pool was awesome to hang out by later in the day after exploring the area.

This property was a gem. There were 8 of us and we had tons of room to spread out. The kids had a blast in the pool. We loved mornings and evenings sitting on the patio watching the occasional manatee or dolphin and iguanas run around. This was an ideal location to visit the Keys. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby.

Great location, perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed our week. The fishing poles, kayak, coolers were nice addition to the rental. The pool was our grandkids favorite.

Stayed with friends. Large home, very clean. Overall the place is great. Responsive Communication with host when needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This house was a delight. It had everything you need to get away and relax. Pool and Spa, Canal for fishing, conveniently located to any and all stores you need. It was perfect for my family and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing spot!

We had such an enjoyable stay! Very quiet and relaxing home! Lots of room to spread out and we loved our time. Great communication with the owner! Recommend highly!

Great place, especially with kids!

This property has plenty to do...the pool and hot tub are heated and fun to use even if weather is not ideal. The kayaks and access to the channel allow for great fishing and lots of wildlife encounters. The house is clean and has all the amenities needed great vacatio .

Derek and his family are great people!! They've stayed with us twice before and already made plans to come back next year!! We are lucky to have guests like them who take care of our home like us was their own. Really good family; the type of guests that all owners want!

What a wonderful home and vacation! We vacationed here with three generations and we all loved it! Tons of space for the whole family. The pool and backyard were our favorite spot to hang! We enjoyed fishing off the seawall/dock. Plenty of parking for our boat. I’d recommend backing down the street in order to swing a large trailer into the side lot (our trailer is 33ft) but after we figured that trick out, it was easy. The hosts were very communicative and their recommendations they provided were spot on! We’re already discussing coming back here next summer. It’s so nice to stay at a house that looks just like the listing.

Fantastic house!!

This is an amazing property with a wonderful pool and tiki bar! Took our whole family and enjoyed everything about it! The owners we amazing and checked in often to make sure everything was good. I would give this a 10 out of 10 and we will be staying here again!!

Perfect vacation spot

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and everything was as described. When we had questions Jay was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home on the canal. Had everything we could ask for. Very clean, spacious home. Spent most of our time in back yard. Had a few questions and Jay got back to me right away. Great open communication with owner the whole trip.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and welcoming everything felt. The house was exactly as described. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and the waterfront view. Mornings by the water with coffee and evenings watching the sunset from the patio was amazing. The location was also fantastic—close enough to beaches, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Keys vacation 2023

Location on large canal was awesome. Very quiet and not a lot of boat traffic. The pool and tiki hut were great and offered shade and sun. Dockage was awesome for to 24 ft boats. I would recommend this place to stay and would stay again as well if we have a large group again.

Keys Trip

We had the best trip! Jay and his wife were very responsive when we had questions. They also provided great advice on things to do around the islands. The house had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend staying at this house or one of Jay’s other properties!

Marathon Gem

The house was perfect for our family with adult children and grandchild. Super layout and the pool area was wonderful! We used it every day! The location was really perfect to visit other islands on day trips! The owner was very responsive to all of our needs!

50th Birthday Getaway

Celebrated my wife’s 50th with friends and family. 8 adults stayed at the house and with 5 beds and bathrooms it worked out great for a big group. Great location to rent boat, fish, use pool, rent kayaks, etc. There is a golf course and great beach, Sombrero near by that we were able to take advantage of as well. Would be a good fit for a family. Enjoyed the iguana visits as well!

Fantastic Family Reunion!

Spent two amazing weeks with our extended family in this spacious and very clean home. It had everything we needed to cook,play and relax in the pool. Beds were very comfortable too. Rented a boat and location was perfect!! We will be back!! The Moshers.

Great stay at Coco Plum

From when we walked in the door, we could easily see that the house was exactly how described on the listing. We were very comfortable and this house provides numerous places to gather, dine in and play games and equally has some nice spots to read and have some alone time. Jay (the owner) was very personable and offered a lot of great recommendations for activities and places to eat. We love the Keys and Marathon in particular, and look forward to revisiting and staying at Coco Plum!!

This property is perfect for large groups. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 8 adults. The pool/hot tub was so warm, the way we like it. Fishing off the canal was adventurous with different fish and even a baby nurse shark (all of which were released). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bonus small fridge was was great. Could’ve used a few more coffee cups as there was 8 of us and only 5 coffee cups. Other than that very minor detail, I would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back
