There wasn't enough room to park my truck and the road getting in and out was scary so glad we didn't meet anybody coming out as we were going in but the cabin was clean and peaceful Tenant's next door made our stay comfortable.

Wonderful

We spent 4 nights at Cupids Dart for my birthday trip and even brought our dog with us! Everything from check in to the stay was wonderful. Great location to everything and would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Perfect Anniversary trip

Lovely place to spend a quiet anniversary with great views! Close to Gatlinberg but still far enough away to be quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table.

Great Spot

Great location, clean, comfortable, pictures are accurate, lots of privacy, & I saw a mother bear walk around with 3 cubs! I can't wait to return! The only thing that would've been nice is an extra roll or two of toilet paper.

Anniversary

The cabin was very clean. It was what we were looking for. The only thing was when sitting on back deck you could hear the traffic, but you could not see it which the view was great.

Cute place in the woods, not ideal if you have a big vehicle - parking is cramped. Upstairs only bathroom is not ideal. House has a musty smell that got worse the longer we were there.

For almost 900 for Three nights two days the place should’ve been immaculate. You can’t tell me that they don’t make money to be able to hire professional cleaning crew. A list of things wrong the furniture was terrible, it was not what was listed at all they tried to tell me it was because somebody spilled something on the previous cloth furniture so they had to go with leather which may be true, BUT still wasn’t the cabin I chose and paid for the cabin that I chose had a open view with little to no obstruction and I almost know the cabin they had listed was 2 cabins above us. Jacuzzi didn’t work. The lights were messed up. The Jacuzzi bathtub had mold coming out of the Jets literally turned the water black there were spiderwebs that looked to be years old all over the cabin on the outside the cabin reeked of mildew the toilet ended up clogged absolutely no plunger. Absolutely no Mountain View, the cleanliness of the inside was mediocre the floors need a good scrub the windows were terrible, as for the host he was decent. As for the recommendation I definitely WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE! for dang near 900 things should have been immaculate, but it was quite the opposite. Nothing matched nothing worked and for my 1st time in Gatlinburg it was a plain disappointment. The only good thing about it was that today when we left right before we did, we got to see a black bear in person that was literally the highlight of our cabin stay!

We are sorry that the cabin did not meet your expectations. The original cloth furniture had recently been damaged by a previous guest and had to be replaced. We explained this situation and provided substantial compensation for the misunderstanding, despite the replacement furniture being a necessary change. The cabin and its view are accurately represented in the current listing photographs. You stayed in the cabin you reserved, and the suggestion that we advertised or showed photographs of a different property is simply untrue. We understand that guests may have different expectations regarding how open a mountain view should be, but we do not accept accusations that we were dishonest about the property. We take legitimate cleaning and maintenance concerns seriously, including the issues mentioned with the tubs, lights, and plumbing, and these have been referred for inspection and correction. We regret that this was not the Gatlinburg experience you hoped for, but we believe this review omits the compensation and explanations provided during your stay and unfairly portrays the situation.

X-Mas get away

Rug was dirty. And we stayed on Xmas, but there were no decorations what so ever. We've stayed at other cabins and not even on xmas, and they had a little tree and lights, very inviting. This locked, to say the lease. But we enjoyed the fire place, and had a pleasant stay.

Awesome service!

Fantastic service! We stayed in February after a big freeze and the hot tub wasn't working so we were offered a cabin 3 doors down. We moved and the hot tub at the second cabin also had freeze damage and wasn't working. Long story short - gave us an extra night for free and gave us access to the first unit once the hot tub was fixed and had the hot tub fixed at our second cabin the very next day. They are great to work with and are super accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again. 5 star service!!!!

Great Getaway- needs a deep clean

The hot tub, jacuzzi tub and pool table were great additions to our stay. This cabin felt private even though it was right next to other cabins. We were not able to use the grill as we planned because the grill was rusty and there is very little room to grill after you park the car. The cabin needed better house keeping overall, there were spider webs, wall splatters, and dirt on walls and floors. There was also a vape in the couch's sleeper bed and the sheets for the sleeper did not look or smell clean. However, we were able to cook meals in a decently stocked kitchen and enjoy the privacy of the deck.

Adorable but not secluded

Cabin was just like the pictures - clean and private with plenty of amenities. However, I expected some distance between this cabin and the others. All were within very close proximity to one another but not to the point of feeling exposed to neighbors on the deck. On the deck, the hot tub was as described, but a few jets were not working, and the varnish on the chairs came off onto you when sat in. The view was still beautiful and we could even see a hawk’s nest a few yards out. With there not being much space, parking is very limited (barely fitting one car). The grill is located on the edge of the driveway so you would probably need to park on the road to avoid heat damage if you wanted to cook. The road leading to the cabin is very narrow and steep with hairpin turns. Definitely need 4 wheel drive in any weather conditions other than dry. Altogether the cabin was wonderful and we would book again.

Nice cabin, steep road, not so friendly customer service.

Upon check in I was given the wrong code. The place was clean, but not "cleaned". Before renting I specifically asked if it was hard to get to, my response was, "no the road is paved." Surely it was, with two vert steep drives up and down a narrow mountain side. The bedspread looked like something from Goodwill, tattered with a few lose strings and a couple of small stains. The sheets had what looked like bloody spots. There was trash and dust on floor behind bathroom door, and heavy dust on floor around dresser. I was accused of having more people in the cabin other than what was reserved. I was also accused of not crating my pet while not there, bc one day I left him out and my daughter there, the day (the last day), they offered to bring a nicer bedspread and pot holders. Right, there were was nothing to use if you wanted to cook in the oven. I never did get to speak with the owner, only the company who rents the cabin, they were not friendly to work with. One man was friendly, the woman was not. I will not deal with this company again.
