Summary:

This 1940's stone cottage is a 15 minute walk to the main strip. Park your car and walk to dining, shops, and all the attractions downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. With 5 bedrooms, everyone in your party will sleep comfortably in their own private space. Your cozy cottage has a full kitchen with eat in bar, a multicade, hot tub, and a fenced in yard for the kids to exert their energy after a day of sight-seeing.



Please note, that there is no indoor dining table, only the one on the back porch.



The Space:

The two rooms on the top floor are perfect for the kids to have their own space, as they have queen beds and lower ceilings than the rest of the home (about 6’ tall), as well as a half bath. One bedroom has an additional full bed. The main level features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen, as well as a full bathroom. The downstairs game area has one queen bedroom with it's own bathroom, as well as a queen pullout couch.



If you would like to bring a dog, please let us know ahead of time, as we need to ensure additional cleaning is scheduled. We require a non-refundable $100 additional cleaning fee for up to 2 pets. More than 2, we require a $200 additional cleaning fee.

Loved Our Stay at Cozy Cottage

My family and I had a great vacation here. The home was very clean and well cared for. Great location to town. Lisa is very accommodating.

Perfect getaway

Place is just as described! Very clean, homey, close to near attractions. Its very spacious and has everything you need for your vacation. Hoat was very informative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Great location, less than a mile walk to town and there’s also a trolley stop very close to the property. Fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Owners were great and very responsive to any needs. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Such a cute cabin.

Perfect Getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The property, hot tub and cottage were very clean.The host supplied everything we needed. We even had a bear visit while sitting on the front porch. We would stay here again!Thank you!

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed being able to walk to the strip to enjoy the New Year’s fireworks without having to worry about traffic. Cottage had plenty of room for everyone!

Great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Family of 5 adults. Plenty of room for each of us. Quaint, cute cottage with all the amenities. The fenced-in backyard was a bonus. Not even a mile to center of the strip. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Short trip

We stayed in this location for the weekend to go hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Great location to the mountains and Gatlinburg. The house was as expected. Ceilings are low, but we put the shorter people on the top floor as advised. I would stay at this location again.

Cozy cottage

My family and I found the cottage very cozy. There was a lot of space for us to spread out. We loved that we were near enough to town to walk bit also there is a trolley stop like a 2 minute walk from the cottage that we used as well since we had little ones. The owner is very responsive. We wound definitely rent again.

Beautiful house!

My family and I adored staying in this beautiful old home on vacation. It was in the perfect location for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge- many things within walking distance. We had absolutely no issues with the host, in fact she was amazing with communication- which we greatly appreciated. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we definitely will try and stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great stay, great hospitality

We stayed the weekend, 3 families, for a cheer competition. The location was super close to everything and the house had a lot of character, super cute! The property manager gets 5+ stars! I left my hair straightener… not only did they find it, but they shipped it to me at no charge! Great hospitality! Thanks for going the extra mile!

Cozy cottage

4 adults and 4 children 10, 11, 12 and 13 yo stayed here. Very nicely furnished. Conveniently located in Gatlinburg a few blocks from the strip. Food City, Starbucks, Dollar General, McDonalds just down the road to arts and crafts path. Papa Johns was on the block... as was a bbq and sandwich place. Quiet, peaceful and has a fabulous deck out back.

Very Responsive!

We had some concerns upon arriving at the Cozy Cottage but Lisa was quick to respond and correct our concerns. The basement and the upstairs both have low clearance, probably not an issue for a normal person in the basement but my 16 year old is 6'6". We made it work and would likely rent this cottage again.

Thanksgiving break

We liked the property and location. Only issues was cleaning was definitely not complete or throughout the cottage. The basement had cobwebs and hair balls, one upstairs bedroom we had to wash the sheets because of a stain and also rat droppings. However when we communicated the upstairs bedroom issues they were addressed quickly and without issues. The host was accommodating and easy to work with.

Great time!

We had a great time in Gatlinburg. Location is walking distance so it's very nice! There is definitely a bear living nearby we saw her twice. The kids loved it! Definitely got the most out of our weekend in Gatlinburg! I would recommend this location for sure especially for a large family. We had 13 people! Hosts are very quick to respond and the location was very clean. The dryer needs a new heat element I believe. It took like 4 runs through to dry our clothes. But I didn't let the hosts know until now so not their fault. Definitely would book again!

Not as clean as pictured

If I could post pics of how disgusting the main couch was I would, we threw blankets on it just to feel comfortable sitting on it. Air was nit on upon arrival, it was 84 degrees upstairs, wouldn’t get under 79 during the day. Caterpillars crawling all over the place. After multiple messages, I finally made the suggestion to send someone over to fix the issues, as it was never offered by the owner. I also requested a fan for upstairs and got a desk fan. If you are looking to have a bachelor party, this place is for you. You will really like smelling everyone’s bowel movements through the thin panel doors with cracks in them and no bathroom fans in the main and upper floors.

Our Family weekend

The house is very cute! We had a great time with our family. The house is old but has been updated. It was very clean. The bathrooms are small but it is an older house. We still had a great time and enjoyed the whole weekend!

Fantastic trip

This was an amazing property. We were in the more peaceful area of Gatlinburg, but within just a couple of minutes of anything we wanted to do in town. Thanks for an amazing rental!

Thanksgiving with family

My kids and grandkids enjoyed staying here! Everyone had a place to sleep, and the kitchen was user friendly, we fixed two meals a day while there. It was quiet at night, away from traffic. We walked to Gatlinburg on 3 different occasions which was great that you didn't have to wait in congested traffic. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

Our family had a great experience during our stay! Plenty of room for everyone! And the location was great not directly in the busy area of town but was only a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go, will definitely stay again!
