Amazing location and a perfect little house for families with young kids. My sons loved playing with the toys and reading the books during down time when we weren’t at the beach.

Delightful place for grandparents and 3 boys. Features of the home were as advertised and comfortable. Beach was mostly empty and had good weather.

Was the perfect place for us, especially with a little one. We were here for only one night but took full advantage of the lovely cottage. Little fire out back, a movie inside, everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast. Slept very well. Nice walk to the beach and the clamming was great. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you! We will be back.

Enjoyed out stay

Other than the very noisy shell chime outside the back door, we very much enjoyed out stay.

A Lovely Stay

A lovely, peaceful place to stay! Spotless and well-maintained home with many thoughtful touches for guests. Beautiful and fun walk to the beach—excellent communication with a very kind owner. We wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to returning. Thank you!

The house could have been cleaner. The fan in the living room did not work.

Hi Erica, thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! As mentioned in our correspondence, it's unfortunate that a prior guest left a dirty pot in the cupboard and I have asked my cleaning staff to check the pots and pans cupboard in future; we appreciate your feedback. The living room fan is working, but the a specific switch much be set correctly. I'm glad you were able to operate the air conditioning in lue of the fan issue.
