Work or homeschool at the beach. Grandma's House is 2 Bedrooms, including a queen in one room and a queen and twin in the other. We just installed a 2-3 person hot tub with a privacy fence. The large yard is fenced in and friendly for kids and pets. There is a firepit with wood provided. The roomy bright kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The house is centrally located a short drive to the beach and the docks. Smart TV with Roku and Wi-fi are included. We have provided bikes, an umbrella stroller, kites, toys, including sand toys and games for the kids as well as books and movies.

Quaint beautiful home. It really does feel like grandma's house. This is our 2nd time here, this is where we choose to spend our anniversary, and there will be many many more stays for us here

We had a good stay at Grandma’s house and my kids loved it, especially the hot tub. The location is great and we had everything we needed. The house is old (as expected) but there were tons of goat-heads in the yard (not expected). Overall it was a fine experience.

We enjoyed the hot tub! The house was very pet friendly and appreciated the large kitchen. Everything we needed to make meals. The toys games and books made it family friendly.

I have rented a few of the properties from this hostess. She is always wonderful. My kids absolutely love her homes. They aren't fancy but because of that they feel like home. I think that is important for kiddos to feel comfortable. I will rent yearly from this hostess until the kids decide they are too grown up to go anymore.

Grandma's house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book and at a reasonable price. The communication was very good. It was convenient to everything and we will return again.

This was a great place to stay in Westport. Renee was quick to respond, the house was clean and had every amenity we could need. The fenced yard was fantastic for the dogs and the hot tub was great for relaxing after walks on the beach.

Nice well stocked house, quiet and relaxing. Great fenced in yard for our 2 golden retrievers to play. Also the hot tub was perfect!!! Will return soon!!

GPS kept taking me to the wrong side of street for whatever reason. Also, I was looking for a green house as in photos however the house is actually brown. Once I found the place our stay was excellent!

Thank you! I tried to get new pictures a couple months ago, but we need to trim the trees in the front of the house to get a good picture of of the house. Usually GPS is pretty good there. Thanks for being an awesome guest!

We enjoyed our stay. Did not use the hot tub. We actually left a day early. Found the coffee maker was terrible suggest replacing it with something more modern like a keurig.

Grandma's house was just that...exactly what was described online. The large fenced yard was great for our dog to freely run around and exercise, and the well maintained hot tub was just a few steps away from the back door. The price was right for a relaxing getaway in this very clean little cottage. We are a senior couple, but I could see our grandchildren would really enjoy this place with all the books and games available. Ocean beach access was a couple of minutes away...internet was strong and stable...tons of DVD movies and a smart TV...complete kitchen...we loved it!

The house is extremely pet friendly and clean. The kitchen is pretty well stocked from a cooking standpoint, which was great! There was nothing we were missing and we cooked 3 out of 4 nights. Hot tub was awesome, but recommend bringing sandals if it is colder months to walk to it.

We are Shawn and Rene Tobin. We live in Startup Washington on the way to Stevens Pass. We love vacation houses and stay in them when we travel. We started out buying our first house in Westport when we adopted our 2 youngest children many years ago. We needed a place to stay when we came to visit grandmas Glenna and Beth. Our family just did not fit in a hotel room anymore. We decided to rent the house out when we were not using it to make ends meet. We found a property manager to rent it for us but they went out of business. Rene decided to manage the house herself and discovered she really enjoyed the job. We love sharing Westport with others and helping people make vacation memories!

This house is owned by the Tobin Family. Shawn Tobin grew up living with his Grandparents Earl and Elizabeth Brown in this house. Years ago we made a deal to buy Grandma's house from her while she lived in it. Shawn wanted the house to stay in the family and he wanted to help his grandma out with a little extra bingo money. Earl was a commercial fisherman with his brother Ed and Elizabeth worked in the canneries. Shawn's mom Glenna worked in the hospitality industry and his sister Mickie worked at the shipyard. Other family owned and worked Cranberry Bogs. Shawn spent his childhood riding his bike around Westport playing in the woods and at the beach and developed a love of nature that led him to work for parks. Rene grew up in the suburbs of Seattle. Her parents loved the beach and family vacations seemed to always led to the coast.

Grandma's house has 2 bedrooms with beds set up to accommodate one or two couples or a family with kids. The house is very pet friendly with a fenced yard. Everything you need for comfort and convenience is provided. Meals are easy in the well stocked kitchen, there is a full bath and washer and dryer. We have provided bikes and helmets for just about everyone and a firepit with wood too. And last but not least there is a private hot tub.
