Beautiful apartment in Polanco area with amenities

Summary:
Located in the heart Mexico city in the Polanco area, in front of Soumaya Museum, and next to Antara Shopping Hall and a Supermarket, and next to Aquarium. Within walking distance of hundreds restaurants.
Fully furnished with full amenities in the kitchen, private washer and dryer inside the aprtment, cozy outside roofed terrace with a grill. The aprtment has cable, free Wifi, landphone, Apple TV. The building has 24hrs security, a full Gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam room and amenities for children.

The Space:
Two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, full utensils, silverware and plate set, as well as your own washing and dryer; excellent for long stays. Main bedroom has tempurpedic matress.
You can also enjoy the covered private terrace with a BBQ and exterior warmer.
The apartment is in the safest area of Mexico, inside a 24hr security building with 24hrs maintenance service.

Guest Access:
You can enjoy at no extra cost the use of a full length indoor swimming pool, an outside tanning area, a jacuzzi, separate steam rooms for men and women, a full GYM, a Spinning/yoga room, and a Kids area.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the new polanco area, you are surrounded my shopping malls, restaurants, museums, movie complexes and Mexico's biggest park, Chapultepec, all within walking distance.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Polanco is walking. If you prefer taking an Uber or a city cab is just as effective. If you prefer cabs, go for the parked cabs which come from a "Sitio" which are safer. If you have your own car or rented one the building has underground free parking.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment building has perfect maintenance and is kept super clean by a large staff of cleaning, maintenance and security that are working for you around the clock.

No Smoking: A fine of $250 will be charged for any violation to cover additional cleaning, deodorization, and remediation.

Excellent place for 2 couples or a family. Spacious with a fantastic, huge patio and big, fully stocked kitchen with a stand alone water filter, a bonus. Host is super responsive and helpful.There’s a big indoor pool (bring a hair cap, no uncovered hair) and comprehensive gym. Right across the street is a big grocery.

We stayed a full week at this property and had a great time. The fact that we were across a major supermarket was a great perk. The location was excellent, being near many dinning and entertainment options, all at a walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The property had very useful perks like an indoor pool, a kid's play room, a gym, all available and easy to access. We, as a family, recommend this place.

A great find

Location is amazing - across street for grocery and pharmacy, antara mall just a block away. Marco was very responsive to our enquiries. Apartment is clean, quiet and well furnished. Amenities (gym, pool) are as presented

Birthday get away

The apartment was very clean. The furniture is nice but could use a more confy matress. The location was great. I definitely enjoyed my stay. The apartment complex was also very clean and very little noise. I slept veru well every night. There I s a lot to do around the area. There is a grocery store ridgt acrross the building

The Worst host Service ever/peor experiencia de servicio.

La persona encargada de este departamento provee el peor servicio posible. Nosotros viajamos a la Ciudad de México por lo menos una vez al año y nos quedamos en el área de Polanco. No hay necesidad de sufrir tan mal servicio habiendo tantas buenas opciones. Para comenzar no responden en un tiempo razonable, preguntamos si podía conseguir a alguien para una limpieza sencilla por el periodo que estaríamos ahí, nunca hubo una respuesta, se contrató un día para limpieza a la mitad de la estancia, y el día que la esperábamos, ese día avisaron que la habían cambiado para otro día, El día que fueron hacer la limpieza, cuando regresamos al departamento, lo encontramos abierto sin seguro.El departamento lo recibimos con rollos de papel de baño empezados, y cuando mandé mensaje para pedir papel la respuesta fue “ Que ellos solo proveían eso nos tocaba a nosotros, al final mandaron papel de baño que la calidad era similar a papel periódico. Agua, dejaron menos de un galón, para cuatro personas que estarían ahí 5 noches y 6 días. Cuando hablamos para comentar que la secadora de ropa no servía, dijeron que enviarían a alguien, después de dos días de espera, cuando volví a preguntar, la respuesta fue “puede usar la lavamatica de Chedraui”, el departamento se ofrece con servicio de lavadora y secadora. La localización no es la mejor, pero el servicio es el peor que he tenido en CDMX. Sigo en espera de mi depósito.

Home away from home.

The apartment was as described and better in person. The apartment complex was safe and had every amenity our family of 5 needed. Super close to shops and museums. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting D.F.

Gorgeous apartment

The best thing about the apartment was how beautifully it was decorated. The building's doormen were very helpful. The location was close to just about everything, except really good restaurants - but Ubers were dependable and very inexpensive. The gym and hot tub were both terrific. We were there for two weeks, and every morning we ate at a wonderful pastry/coffee shop just a block away. I would highly recommend this vacation spot.

Wonderful location in Polanco

We stayed here fo 2 weeks and were totally comfortable and enjoyed the location! The apartment is tastefully and fully equipped, and the property manager was super attentive! Highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful apartment for a longer-term stay in MEX DF!

The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. Security monitors access to the property 24/7 and the windows/terrace face the property courtyard, so we found it relatively very quiet given the train/traffic outside. We enjoyed hearing kids playing during the morning hours and my kids enjoyed the small play areas available. Pool access requires swimming caps to use, just fyi. The Property/apartment is incredibly accessible: my M-I-L had no problem visiting the apartment/getting around the rooms in her wheelchair. The location was a perfect for us both touring around the city and visiting family nearby. We had an issue with the shower door and the property manager/owner was very responsive. Laundry is located in-apartment and is wonderful! Kitchen had the essential pans/dishes we needed. Cooking Oils/most condiments/cleaning supplies had to be purchased from shop across the street which was fine for us (we were there for 2 weeks, so it's understandable we'd buy replacement supplies) We added a few plastic cups to the cupboard for our kids, as all glasses were glass, as were the coffee & dining tables. As with typical rentals, knives weren't that sharp, but pots/pan were in good working order. we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. I truly encourage you to enjoy this property as well!

Well-stocked and Centrally Located

This apartment is beautiful, well-stocked, and feels very safe. We had a short stay and didn't get to enjoy all the amenities, but there was a playground and an indoor pool, as well as a really nice courtyard. We also liked the location with a short walk to the the aquarium, museums and shopping.

Ideal Access To Shopping & Restaurants

I had a very good experience here. Access to shopping and restaurants is outstanding. The apartment amenities had a country club feel! The apartment was clean and comfortable with a private and lovely outdoor terrace.

Good choice

Spacious apt in nice bldg with amenities (gym, pool, 24hr staffed lobby). Across the street from shopping and museums. A/C in primary bedroom. Only pet peeves, you have to make sure you allow yourself time to go to the grocery store across the street to get basic supplies because they only provide minimal toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc. No other host-provided amenities in the unit. (I guess I've been spoiled by hosts who even leave you a welcome basket, wine, basic provisions.) We had a very busy itinerary and this was a pain for us.

Amazing property great location

Property was clean and as described the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. It was across from Museo sumayo so it was a great location. the amenities were as described including a swimming pool and a gym on property it was very safe at all times due to having a guard at the front door What all we had a great stay

Polanco beauty

The apartment itself is perfect if you want to stay and hang out. It has all the ideal Amenities for this. The location is even better, across the street you have an amazing museum and shopping and food. Marco was attentive and always on top of everything. Stay here for sure the building is awesome with the pool and gym and security to get in.
