Great Location

Location was great, 15 minutes to the beach or downtown and surrounded by restaurants and shops. House was clean and neat. Even though our group was all adults, the house was set up to accommodate kids. Goid experience.

Adequate for a bachelor trip

Comfort left something to be desired regarding bedrooms. Some issues with doors and electrical items. Proximity to mid-Savannah is good.

Great family stay

My family and I stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Savannah State University and it’s a quiet and pleasant home.

Great locale!

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We didn’t have any issues with the house, everything was clean & tidy and the accommodations matched the photos & description Ranisha was responsive and provided a lot of info prior to check-in, so we didn’t have any issues accessing the home. The backyard fire pit was a nice touch and the neighborhood is quiet even during the daytime. Some of the previous reviews mentioned damages to the wall/bad furniture but we didn’t encounter any of that so it must have been fixed recently. The house isn’t too far from downtown Savannah and several restaurants and stores are in quick driving distance so everything that we needed was convenient to us.

Short Stay-Additional Charge

Reserved for two nights-house advertised that it sleeps 8, so I was under the impression that we can have up to 8 people staying at the house. At first it was just two of us, but it ended up that there was a total of four of us. The property owner informed us that there will be an additional charge of an extra $50 per person per night, so an additional $200. I did look over the description on Vrbo and it states that there is an additional charge for additional people....but not that the advertised price is only for 2 people. If the house is listed for sleeping 8....does that not mean that the price is for up to 8 people? There is only a statement in the VrBo section "Property owner may charge extra for additional people". DECIVING. Also stated in the description that "Breakfast Provided". There was no Breakfast provided. The house is in need of repair, multiple holes in walls, dining room floor has a tear, trim missing in multiple places, mattresses are old and lumpy. I would not stay here again.

This house has so much potential, but it needs TLC (“tender loving care”). Some parts looked unfinished (such as paint around switch plates), and a closet that was not locked had miscellaneous stuff stored in it as did a kitchen drawer and lower cabinet. Many food items in one of the kitchen cabinets were past their sell-by date, some more than a year. Though listed as accommodating 8 guests, there wasn’t enough silverware for 8 - plastic utensils made up the shortage, nor could we fit all 7 of us at the dining room table at the same time. There were enough beds for 6 guests, but for an additional 1 or 2 there was an air mattress which we happened to find ourselves stashed behind the couch. The backyard was quite sizable and had a fire pit which adds a nice touch. Ample coffee (K cups) was provided as well as soap and shampoo. A dishwasher would have been nice to have, but truthfully I’m not sure there is room for one (lower cabinet space would be sacrificed.) It was great having a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. As I eluded to earlier, this house will be a true diamond in the rough once it gets the care it deserves. Even with its flaws, I was comfortable.

Quiet spot convenient location

The home was very clean with all amenities to cook, order in, enjoy relaxing time with friends. The beds were super comfortable. The living room sofas and tv were great. It was a very comfortable, clean home. Thank you

Property manager was mostly helpful though the information exchange leading to the eventual execution of the rental was spotty. Old pans, broken furniture, subpar bathroom facilities.

Quite neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, Savannah was about 20 minutes away, Hilton head airport was 30 minutes away. A very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful.

Annual Family Trip

We enjoyed this property on our recent family trip (October 2023). The house was very clean and well appointed, neighborhood was pretty and located close to downtown Savannah.

Pre-Birthday weekend

We felt right at home with this nice and cozy place. I guess you can say a home away from home, with a great location from town area. My sisters and I truly enjoyed ourselves during stay here. If we ever decide to visit Savannah again this would certainly be a place where we will return.

Girls Trip

I have nothing bad to say about our experience the few days we stayed at this property. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. A few miles from downtown and River Street. Not far from Tybee Island. My sisters and I had a blast. I would definitely recommend this location. I am looking forward to coming back later this year if available for the dates I need.

Impeccable Home

This was a very reasonable place to stay. It was impeccably clean with plenty of room for people to lounge about. We loved that there were plenty of kitchen appliances, pots and pans and an assortment of common spices and coffee to use in the kitchen. There was quiet outside seating in the backyard and the outside lawns were perfectly manicured. We selected a great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Savannah

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Savannah and Tybee. Quiet neighborhood, the kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the street. Close to grocery store, Target and a movie theater with cushioned, reclining seats. Something to know, everything in the house is kinda loud at night - might be an issue for a light sleeper. Also, for our group of 5 there were only 3 chairs for the dining room table. We like to eat together and this was kind of awkward. Overall we truly enjoyed it!!

Home away from home in Savannah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute. clean and comfortable home. Everything we neeeded was provided. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the recliner sofa to watch the very large TV. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Ranisha our host was very accomodating and accessible via the app. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for exploring Savannah

We were traveling to Savannah to explore Girl Scout history and spend time with grandparents. This property was perfectly situated for all of our adventures - a quick trip in to the historic district, and an equally quick trip to Tybee Island for our Coastal Georgia scout program. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and the home itself is comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated not having to think too hard about breakfast our first day. When we're vacationing, I like to try to keep to a 50/50 ratio of dining out and homemade, and I'm usually annoyed in vacation rentals to discover that cooking is nearly impossible because there aren't enough varieties of pan or utensil - this is definitely not true of this house. There are ample pots and pans, and every gadget, too. The only thing I couldn't find was a baking dish/casserole dish. I did worry about my kids breaking something - they did not, but the house has a lot of decor in the form of small sculptures, vases with faux floral, etc. on side tables and other low surfaces that I felt quite nervous about and moved to "higher ground" while my kids were being their clumsy selves in this space. It was simple enough to return things to their rightful place before checking out, but guests with younger children (toddlers, kinders) may want to do a quick walkthrough before bringing them in as some of the decor is very tempting to grab and right at little kid eye level. Again, not a big deal, just something to be aware of if you're traveling with your own bull in a china shop. Bed in the master was very comfortable, and my mother really enjoyed being able to sit in a padded chair on the front porch.
