OH- Oh Hold on-- Its so unfortunate Guests like Sierra take advantage of the situation and Bad mouth after. This guests Booked as 2 Guests but had 11 people in the 7 Bed Room Lavish house and thoroughly enjoyed. Paid AN AMAZING $432 DOLLARS for 3Nights. If there is any issues we have a property Manager and Myself the Owner of the Property who takes care of thins immediately but this Guests never ever informed us of anything until she woke up on the wrong side of the Bed and trash us in the Review

Any issues or complaints we have staff and Property Manager Maira to take care of it. Just a phone call away. Whether its cleaning issue, Pool or whatever you expect from us. We have not heard anything or gotten any Pictures from Kaci about the issues. Probably too Busy with the Mega graduation party for which she has rented the Our large 7 Bed room House. Price and facility was good for them. We donot see much of any credibility in the complaints in the review.

We do take care of our property. Flies or bugs may be from opening the patio doors. Its pretty Hot outside during July and Aug. We provided Pool heat at no extra cost. Dont see an appreciation. Checked out late and agreed to pay $100.00 for an extra day instead of $285 which is our rate. We dont see you paid as of now.

Please note we guarantee our Guests satisfaction. If Guests are not satisfied with anything within reason we offer a refund. We always try to improve all matters needed to be taken care of. We are available 7 days a week to resolve any issues of our Guests during their stay. Ice maker works and still working. Disneyworld is ONLY 10.6 Miles from our Villa. Our Beds high quality and are very comfortable to sleep. There are many portable fans if needed. Guests can change the heat/AC setting as they wish. Pool and spa is heated 84 and 94 Degrees respectively. Salt and Pepper is so inexpensive and many guests wouldn’t use from previously used bottles. We are really shocked by the ATROCIOUS , NOT TRUTHFUL, NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE FACTS and most of all this ungrateful review by this Guest. The Essay/Article detailing the Long list of dirty Laundry Carrie posted shows the pettiness, irrational mindset of this person. We think this was done for the purpose to hurt us because we denied permission to PUT UP THE CAPC FLAGS in the property. This guest has caused property damage too for reasons unknown to us. One can only Guess that this Guest Carrie had one too many beer or something perhaps after the Conference. This guest Carrie reserved 3 nights for a 4 or 5 day CPAC meet at Rosen Shingle Creek hotel which is an hour away , the other far side of the city. She sneaked in to the house at 12:00 noon instead of 4;00pm to complaint about the small of oven cleaner. I think even American Presidents may have used 1 ply toilet paper but not perhaps this sophisticated guest Carrie. 6 rolls of Toilet paper for 3 days not enough or not comfortable enough?Oh really ? Un believable!!! . We always have truthful , kind appreciable guests which gives us the strength to carry on gathering strength from such low end untruthful reviews. God Bless!
