Bright and airy, 3 Bed/2 Bath, family friendly home! Large kitchen with all appliances, cooking essentials and a coffee bar. Dining room has sliding door access to an all season room with a bar, TV and a space for additional dining and Weber grill right outside. Heated pool is nested inside a fully fenced and landscaped backyard. Relaxing lounge setting around the pool or inside the large lanai. Located close to family friendly beaches and minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Very nice and clean house! Stocked with some supplies. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Heated pool with pool floats. Comfortable beds. Great location, close to Pinellas Trail

Very nice home

This home was absolutely perfect for a getaway. The host, Tony, was super helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Having all the amenities made the stay so comfortable, we didn't need a thing. The decor was stylish and inviting, creating a really relaxing vibe. Plus, finding snacks waiting was a delightful surprise after a long journey. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice house, nice location

Thanksgiving week. No issues with the property. Older neighborhood and home with interior updated throughout. Very clean. Firm beds. Plenty of pool and beach gear.

Highly recommend!

We will book this stay every time we travel to this area! The house is gorgeous, the pool and private backyard are perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Ice hockey tournament

This was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. It was stocked with everything anyone could need including some snacks! This house makes you feel.like you are at home. Beds are very comfortable! Highly recommend this rental

Cozy Retreat

This property is a central location to the Tampa Bay Area. Multiple beach options and attractions within a short drive. Backyard pool started and closed each day! 😎 Host was attentive and accommodating offering everything a family may need avoiding a trip to the store. Made the stay that more enjoyable!

A beautiful place to stay

When I book properties to stay at in Florida most of them aren’t what they seem online but Tony’s property was exactly as it was mentioned. It is in a quiet neighborhood and it is absolutely beautiful it was set up for a very welcoming stay and we so enjoyed every moment there also tony is a very nice host and he answers quickly on everything I’ve asked and even offered life vests for my visiting grandchildren while they were at the property to swim thank you to tony and his family I will come back to stay again. It is by far the best place compared to any other property we have stayed at in Florida we loved everything about the place

Perfect Getaway!

The home was impeccably furnished and has all the extras to make your stay comfortable! Lots of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, and even a cooler bag. Beautifully landscaped yard! We spent lots of time in the screened patio enjoying the wonderful weather. Hosts were great to communicate with and graciously refunded us for one night when our flight was cancelled, causing us to arrive a day late. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for our winter getaway!

Perfect Everything

We could not have been any happier with this property! Largo is the perfect place to be if you want to visit both Clearwater and St. Pete and all the beaches in between. A quick drive from Tampa airport too. The house was nice and clean and the beds big and comfortable. The pool was great for our family and we used it a lot, nice clean with plenty of pool toys. My favorite was the high locks on the doors leading out to the pool, young children could not reach the locks. Highly recommended.

Slice of paradise

The house was everything we needed and then some. Entire house was very clean , with the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Plenty of towels, linens etc . Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils condiments and seasonings. Host even provided a bunch of snacks ! Host provided tons and of pool beach toys , chairs , towels and even a beach cart and cooler. The house had literally everything you could think of, best stocked place I have ever stayed! Pool area is amazing with the outdoor bar, tv and patio area! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful stay

This was an amazing experience. Tony gave us the opportunity to check in early, which was so much appreciated after a long drive. The place had everything that we needed, expected, and more. We loved that the house was so clean, everything was beautifully organized, and decorated. We found welcome snacks and water upon arrival! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook amazing meals. We had plenty of bath towels, and beach towels. We used the umbrella and the beach chairs provided. The pool and the whole outdoor area was amazing. We spent time there every day. The beach was only 13 minutes away with plenty of parking especially if you get there early, before 9-10 AM. The check out was a breeze, just lock up and go. Thank you, Tony for hosting us, and making it a great vacation for the whole family. We would love to stay there again. I have already suggested this property to family and friends! Thanks again!

Lovely, well-appointed home with many nice touches.

The neighborhood is quiet. The property was very clean, modern, tidy and tastefully furnished. We only used one of the three bedrooms. It was perfect (working desk and comfy mattress). We loved our stay and appreciated the many extra touches not normally provided (plenty of plates, glasses, flatware -- matching and quality!). Chilled water in the fridge and some welcome snacks. Enough waste bags, soap, TP, toiletries, etc. so you didn't have to run out the next day to refresh if you didn't bring your own). The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances you'd ever need. I loved the heated pool, enclosed bar and screened lanai. Though it was too cold to swim during our stay, I plan to return when the weather is more reliable! We don't have children, but plenty of pool/beach gear available if needed. It's an easy 15 min. drive to PIE/beaches. Appreciated the living room electric fireplace to take the edge off the chill as well as the decks of cards, Scrabble and Jenga. Appreciate the hosts' for making this property available to us!

Great Property. Close but not too close.

We had a great stay. Loved it. Tony, the host was super responsive to any questions. Usually he contacted me with the answers before I could even ask my question. He even invited us to check in early (SCORE). Check in and out was SUPER simple. Tony sent the door code before we got there and check out was the easiest I've every experienced. He only asked that we lock the house up when we left. We did wash the beach towels and take out the trash before leaving, too but that was on me, not him. The house was stocked with the things we needed: dishes, cookware, utensils, pool floats, bath towels, pool/beach towels, etc. I could go on and on. Appliances look fairly new and were clean and in good working order including the outdoor grill. Check the kitchen stock before you go shopping. You may find what you need is already there. There are beach toys and supplies in the screened porch. The house is a perfect place for a family with children. There was a baby crib, pack n play & high chair for the little ones. The beds were super comfortable. The second bathroom is a little small, but was completely serviceable for me. The other two guests used the main bathroom, which was larger. The outdoor area is beautiful and we spent time almost every day in the pool. The pool was clean and in good working order. It even has a heater so the water was comfortable even at night. Neighborhood is quiet and close enough to shopping and beaches but not right in the center of in-town chaos.

Property was clean and very comfortable. The pictures are exactly as stated on the property. The stay included all that was needed and more. The host responds back to all questions immediately. I will book this again and highly recommend this property.

Great memories

This place was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. I can’t say enough about the host! Tony is awesome! If we had questions, he responded very quickly and was very accommodating! I would stay here again!

Great Stay in Cozy Home

So happy to have chosen this home to stay in. The house is exactly as shown. Very clean and homey. Tony, our host, was very quick to respond if we had a question and checked in several times throughout the week. We used the pool every day and the lanai every evening. The kitchen was stocked well with pans and utencils to make meals. The neighborhood was quiet and any interaction we had with neighbors was friendly. Great walk/bike path just blocks from the house as well as Taylor Park which was lovely. Very easy drive to Clearwater. We highly recommend home & host!

Nice property, convenient extras and a great host.

This house/property was great and the host was stellar. The house and property was clean and updated and you get pretty much what is in the pictures. The house is located on a pretty quiet street and neighborhood but just over a block away is a fairly main road that allowed us to get to beaches and other points of interest quickly and easily. The house was stocked with nearly everything we needed while hanging out there or even when we went to the beach. The chairs,, cooler and umbrellas are a great asset. The backyard is a mini oasis with the pool, trees and privacy fence you barely notice there are neighbors. The host was very responsive to questions before we were there, when we were there and even after we left. We hope we can get back down there again sometime!

Great property!

My family of 6 stayed at this house end of July 2022. The house and property were just as advertised. Tony was very responsive. It is such a beautiful, well decorated home. The check in and out process was very smooth. There were a lot of amenities that were provided such as beach and pool toys and supplies, welcome snacks, coffee, toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. We were all very impressed as we were not expecting all of these wonderful extras! It is about 20 minutes from Pier 60 in Clearwater, which was fine since we also went to Busch Gardens in Tampa and Disney in Orlando. We highly recommend and will stay again next time we are in the area!
