Our family loved our stay at Villa Los Cocos! The house is beautiful, clean, and the pool and yard are kept in great condition. The housekeeper Vanessa prepared wonderful meals and the concierge team was attentive and so helpful! We'd love to return!

Great place for our golf trip. I’ll say this once - hire Vanessa as your cook and tip her well. After golf we had a fantastic meal every night at the house. See you next year!

Beautiful Caribbean inspired home. Great food (from the chef Franklin), and great hospitality from Vanessa. It’s very easy access from the airport, and the community is great for relaxing, tennis, beach, and golf. I definitely recommend.

The house is even more spectacular than the photos and the outdoor eating, sitting and pool areas are a wonderful space to relax. Vanessa, the housekeeper is so gracious and anticipates your every need. The host made us feel very welcome. The resort is beautiful and a great place to golf,play tennis and relax.

amazing place

We stay at the lovely House perfect for a large family Vanessa cooked all our meals, better that an restaurant in the area. house is clean and close to everything with the 2 golf carts looking forward to booking again next year

Wonderful vacation home

Our family had a great time. The home was beautiful and the resort as a whole was excellent. Our concierge and housekeeper made the vacation memorable for the whole family.

Punta Cana is our home away from home and I would 100 percent recommend this house and using Punta Cana concierge. Adrian with Punta Concierge made our stay seamless. He helped us arrange everything so that we could truly just relax and enjoy our vacation. Vanessa was our housekeeper and she made us breakfast every day that was amazing. She always had a smile on her face and kept the house spotless. Adrian also arranged a private chef dinner for my birthday at the house that was a perfect Dominican inspired meal. Can’t wait until our next trip.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. House is beautiful and very clean. The concierge services and cook (Vanessa) were excellent and made the trip so pleasant. Laurent and team were very responsive. Punta Cana is well maintained, safe and we will definitely go back!!

Golf Vacation

The property, house, pool and location were exactly as listed. It was perfect! Conveniently located on the 2nd hole of Cocotal Golf course and minutes to the beach and club house. Vanessa, the housekeeper/cook, was amazing. She looked after us like we were family. Anabel, the concierge, was so helpful with everything we needed. Wonderful trip!

Our stay at this Punta Cana villa was absolutely exceptional—one of those rare trips where everything just works perfectly.The villa itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool that quickly became the center of our days. There are so many thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces to relax—whether lounging with a book in the shade or enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning breeze. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly comfortable.One of the biggest unexpected highlights was the villa’s proximity to the 2nd hole green. In the evenings, our kids loved heading over to chip and putt—it was such a fun and unique way to wind down each day.The service truly made the experience unforgettable. Vanessa, our housekeeper, prepared an absolutely AMAZING meal for us—easily one of the best we had the entire trip. And Adrian, our concierge, was FANTASTIC. His communication was seamless from start to finish, and he handled everything—reservations, groceries, a fishing charter, golf tee times, and horseback riding—with ease and professionalism.We also highly recommend visiting the eco reserve—it was our kids’ favorite part of the trip and such a memorable experience.Getting around the resort was effortless thanks to the two golf carts included with the house, which made everything feel accessible and convenient.And lastly, the beach at La Cana Golf Club was hands down our favorite—beautiful, calm, and perfect for families.We would return in a heartbeat.

Best vacation property you can imagine!!

Amazing property! Beautifully decorated, great outdoor living space, very clean basically spotless, the grounds and pool were also awesome. The owner Pichonnier was very quick to respond to questions on VRBO. The best part about the property was it has a concierge and a cook. The concierge checked in on us everyday and would take care of anything we needed, answered questions, scheduled rides, and shopped for groceries. Our group especially loved Vanessa the cook and housekeeper. She was an amazing cook, prepared great meals that were beautifully presented on the table and she was a joy to be around. She also did a great job with keeping the house clean and made the beds every morning. Vanessa was the best, so nice and pleasant to be around there were some tears when we left, both our tears and Vanessa’s. We didn’t expect all of this and have never been pampered so much. The beaches were beautiful, with chairs and umbrellas, restaurants and pools. Also two golf carts and two bikes so that we could explore the resort without a rental car. Great vacation!

Wonderful stay at lovely villa

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at villa Coco! The concierge reached out to us before our visit with details and offers to arrange anything we wanted. Annabel was great. She had everything looked after…. We arrived and Anabel and our housekeeper Vanessa were waiting for us on the front porch with freshly made lemonade and a hearty welcome. They toured us around the home and assured us that any needs would be immediately resolved with a quick phone call…and they were. That brings me to the best part of villa Coco…it was Vanessa, our housekeeper!! Always available but out of sight. She took care of us so well…made any meals we wanted, afternoon snacks etc, laundry, taxis, recommendations etc etc. We had a translation app on the phone that helped us with requests that needed more than our basic Spanish….worked well. The pool is not heated and it was a bit too chilly for most of us. We would totally recommend a stay at villa Coco…wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated family friendly property! We were there during the hot season but the house was cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, gardens, golf carts, comfortable beds and most of all the wonderful meals prepared by Vanessa! She was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Dominican Republic. We would definitely return to Villa Los Cocos!

Holiday Family Trip to the DR

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! With the most perfect weather and gorgeous location, our entire vacation was wonderful! At the recommendation of the host and also guest reviews, Vanessa prepared the most delicious meals and provided very attentive service. We also appreciated the services of Anabel with Punta Cana Concierge - she was lovely and so helpful. A memorable family vacation!

Great Weekend

We stayed at the Villa in Punta Cana Resort to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Our weekend was very relaxing and with help from Julissa and Vanessa we were able to coordinate transportation to a beachside dinner and dancing for my daughter and her friends. We enjoyed riding the golf carts around to the nearby beach and the Reserva Ecológica Ojos Indígenas. Vanessa prepared authentic Dominican dishes for lunch and dinner, her cooking is delicious! On my daughter's birthday evening she prepared a delicious Surf and Turf meal and even coordinated getting a "bizcocho de chocolate " for my daughter. We loved her, I wanted to pack her up in my suitcase and bring her back with us! In preparation for our return to the states, Julissa even had the lab come take our Covid test right in the Villa. We didn't have to be inconvenienced by going anywhere! Our stay was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Family House

We had a great time with our cousins! The pool was perfect and Vanessa was a delight with her magical skills in the kitchen! She could make it all from snacks to Mexican, Italian and authentic DR meals. Serena beach was clean and calm, which was perfect for our relaxing stay!
