Modern and spacious villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF included.

Luxury The Dream villa is located in Tortuga Bay (private gated community inside Puntacana Resort & Club), 1 minute of walk to the famous wild white Serena beach.

The Dream villa has outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

The Dream villa consists of 6 suites (6 rooms + 7 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool with 2 fountains, parfait for relaxing and swimming.

As guest of Luxury The Dream villa, you will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana /Casa Clubhouse and Tennis Center, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yolanda, La Mare, Bamboo …). Enjoy all the resort has to offer !!!

The Dream villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEFF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but he CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. You can sit back, relax and enjoy your stay.

Within 10 minutes of villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer from/to the International airport Puntacana (PUJ).

If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected guests/paid companions will not be approved too access.

Property is 1 minutes of walk to the beach Serena and 5 minutes of walk to the Casa Clubhouse (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool, Six Sens Spa).

VRBO Rental in Punta Cana

Excellent Property for a family vacation. Property owners and Property Manager were very good at communicating and making sure the week rental went well. Fabulous food from chef and cleanliness from Housekeepers.

Fantastic property and staff

This house and the staff were absolutely incredible. Communication leading up to the trip and communication during was great. The food the chef (Enmanuel) cooked was amazing and had a great menu for us. The pool is so close to the beach and right along side a golf course that we played. The golf carts are a must and we went to the Westin when we wanted a beach with service. It is walking distance to another private beach. The house was fantastic and great space for the 6 couples that went. Can'r recommend enough. Leny- the property manager and Manuel who helped while on property are all very accomodating. Very safe neighborhood and they will coordinate anything you need.

A Great Time

This house is wonderful. What makes it more wonderful is the attention paid to guests by Leny, Olivier and the team. Our chef was Raphael and he was assisted by Patrice and Anna. The food was meticulously prepared to our order. The house was very clean. Air conditioning worked really well, but I like it cold :) The neighborhood was great for walking. The beach club was beautiful and close by. Rides to stores and anywhere else were made super easy by Alejandro. Golf carts are a must! In hindsight I would have rented a car so i could drive to La Romana to visit friends. Overall, i would highly recommend Leny and any house she manages.

The staff were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I truly can’t praise them enough, they were amazing. Chef is an incredible cook and I would repeat this stay in a heartbeat. Leny is a great communicator who was very responsive.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional experience my friends and I had during our recent stay at your esteemed establishment in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The welcoming making us feel right at home. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of your guests. A special mention must be made of the culinary delights we enjoyed during our stay. The chef Alan and kitchen staff deserve the highest praise for their outstanding efforts. Every meal was a gourmet experience, showcasing a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was prepared to perfection, and the presentation was nothing short of exquisite. Equally commendable were the housekeeping staff Patricia and AnnA who maintained the highest standards of cleanliness Finally Manuel and Leny in short was just awesome, we have already rebooked for next year.

A true break from the chaotic world

Private. Quiet. Beach is seconds away. Staff is talented and loving. Golf cart made excursions effortless. If you want a REAL get away do this. 10 minutes from the airport and shopping / grocery. Perfect.

Fabulous

We loved this property and the team so much that we’ve already discussed returning annually to the same spot. The photos don’t do the property any justice. It’s absolutely stunning in person. Aside from a few minor issues with the kitchen cabinets, the home is very well maintained. Our chef and hostesses were attentive, wonderful, and patient. The food was outstanding. One small critique would be to minimize the outside staff/?friends entering the home without notice. While there weren’t any issues, their comings and goings were noted.

Amazing Villa

Could not be happier with our stay at this villa - Lenka and Manuel were incredible hosts, made sure that the villa was stocked with items we requested ahead of time. Lenka helped us book golf and pickleball, and it was smooth sailing. Francisco was the best chef we could ask for, every meal we had was incredible, delicious, and fantastic. The house was exactly as described in the listing, 2 minute golf cart to the beach, right on the golf course. The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful, it was truly like living in paradise. Our driver, Leandro, made sure we got every where we needed and was available on a moments notice. We hadn’t planned this, but now are talking of making our trip back an annual visit. 10/10 fantastic all around. Thank you!!

Terrific spot!

We were a group of 12. Four families, adults and kids 16-18. Leny and Manuel and their team took excellent care of us. The property is really terrific. Loved the movie screen, pool table, and they’re were lots of “spaces” to gather or hang out solo. Rooms were spacious, great closets! and nicely decorated. House is about 15 minute walk from the house to Punta Cana beach club, or an easy bike ride or golf cart. We weren’t able to figure out access to the Westin, and that seemed to be limited to beach and pool only as opposed to other amenities. The food was terrific and beautifully prepared. We felt very pampered!

Beautiful house and property

We stayed at The Dream Villa with our 3 children, along with 2 other families (13 people total) for spring break. The house is beautiful and as pictured on the website. It’s a very short ride from the airport and in a very safe neighborhood. The chef and staff were wonderful. Laundry was done daily as well as cleaning the rooms. Having a golf cart is a must to get around to restaurants, beaches and explore the area. The beach (in front of Tortuga Bay Resort) is only a 2 minute walk but you cannot use the chairs of the resort. The house gets you access to La Cana Golf Club which is a golf cart ride away. We used this beach, chairs, pool and restaurant more often. Also would HIGHLY recommend trying La Yola restaurant which is also a golf cart ride away. Los Ojos ecological park was a surprisingly fun time for kids and adults. Of note, there is no grocery store, convenience store or shopping within the gates of Puntacana Resort. You would need to take an Uber and leave the resort property but getting Ubers was sometimes difficult. Overall a wonderful experience and the kids rated it a 10/10 trip!

My family had a truly wonderful vacation week here. Our host and staff were tremendously kind and accommodating. They helped us plan birthday celebrations while visiting including cake and decorations! The meals were delicious and presented beautifully. One of our family members has specific dietary restrictions and our special requests were welcomed. We decided early on that we loved the chef's meals so well we didn't feel the desire to go elsewhere for dining. The house and location are stunning. We loved the pool and outside sitting areas on the large patio. The property is on the golf course and very near quiet, clean beaches. We got lots of assistance from our hosts planning excursions which were great as well. However, it was relaxing at the house pool that was the favorite part of the trip!

Wonderful weekend

Villa was perfect for adults only weekend. Property was great with pool, outdoor seating, lovely bedrooms. Loved the access to the beach club. Be careful, pool was very slippery. Water in some showers very slow to get hot if at all. Chef Eric was fantastic and truly a luxury to have all meals prepared and so delicious! Easy helpful communication with Leny and Manuel. Would suggest providing full invoice at end of weekend instead of dealing with the grocery tab first thing upon arrival. Overall an excellent stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

Thanksgiving in Punta cana

The house is amazing and just as pictured. The staff is incredible. Fransisco is a fantastic chef. The ladies took great care of the 10 of us and always surprised us with cocktails and fun drinks for the kids. Easy walk to the beach. Note to those who don’t speak passable Spanish - communication was sometimes challenging. Overall an amazing experience!

Great Villa

Lena was great to work with for this vacation! She provided a ton of information that was helpful in planning our stay in Punta Cana. The staff at the villa were exceptional. The chef was superb and took the pressure off of thinking about meals on a daily basis. They really took great care of us. My group is considering a stay at the villa again really soon.

Excellent!

Our party of 10 had a great time staying at the Dream Villa. The house is spacious and clean. It's next to a golf course and a few minutes walk to the beach. Special shout out to our host Leny, chef Eric and the friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. Especially the delicious meals made by Eric.

Girl Getaway

This home is truly spectacular. Elegant yet comfortable, with more than enough indoor and outdoor space. But the key to our perfect vacation was the team that took care of us! Lenka and Olivier were so great to work with prior to arrival. They accommodated our last minute changes due to an approaching tropical storm and gave us a totally worry free experience. Leandro met us at the airport and got us to the home where we were greeted by Manuel, the manager, and his amazing staff. Herick, our chef, Luz and Arlene, our housekeepers and expert bartenders! We were pampered as if we were queens! Herick is extremely talented and amazed us at every meal. The food was incredible and the ladies made sure we had everything we could possibly want. This was the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. We are already planning our return trip!

Excellent Stay

The house is absolutely as advertised… spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating and were around as much as you needed them to be, which was nice. The neighborhood is lovely and great for long walks and runs. My absolute only criticism is that there is no mini mart or store on the massive Punta Cana Resort compound for the little extra you may need. You can of course get the driver to come, but it would be nice to just take a golf cart and go. Which reminds me, the golf carts were great to get to and from Playa Blanca which is a lovely beach. The food prepared.by the chef was exceptional. In fact, we never left the villa to eat, even though we planned to do so. We are a well travelled family, this was a different vacation for us, more low key, but so very relaxing. You really have nothing to do once you arrive but relax and enjoy the amenities.
