Comfortable 2 bed room 2 bath condo with views of the base area and gondola. Steps from the elevator make it easy to get to the chairlift.
Queen size bed in the primary bedroom plus twin over twin bunk. Second bedroom with queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook a warm meal.
Free Wi-Fi.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and Dryers are located on every floor. Unit is located on 4th floor in Slopeside building facing the ski slopes.
For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $32/ per vehicle per day). Ski locker is included.
Zephyr Mountain Lodge has 2/two ChargePoint electric vehicle charging available in the underground garage
Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)
Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.
NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

Couldn’t ask for a better, more convenient location for skiing. We’ve stayed at a lot of ski in/out condos with 3 kids and this one tops the list for convenience.

We love the zephyr mountain lodage
Slope side location is wonderful for skiing and other activities.

Great place
It was a cozy place to stay. The location can’t be beat! It’s right adjacent the ski lift, and an easy walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, and a mercantile. We didn’t need to bring any groceries or incidentals along. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Short stay made wonderful
Charlotte, the property manager, was amazing, and answered all of my questions. The place is an absolutely amazing location in the little Winter Park village. I was blown away by everything!

Slopeside From Now On!
The perfect property in WinterPark. Walk out the back door and ski down to the gondola. We would stay here again.

Zephyr never disappoints.
We he a great time. Condo was as described. Plenty of space for 2 couple and one infant. Location is wonderful when trading between baby sitting and skiing.

Wonderful Location
Our family ( 6 adults and one child) stayed here in Winter Park and the location of this unit is excellent - right near the Gondola and a great view of the mountain. Everything was just as we expected and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process went smoothly as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great communication before, during, and after rental. Wonderful space with plenty of room for the family, all necessities (even some unexpected ones like board games), and perfect location for my family's first ski trip. Thanks.

Nice property
The location of the condo was good. The ski in/out was accurate but you have to pole on a long flat green slope. The condo could use an update. We had a great trip to Winter Park!

Thanks for staying with us. A little confused about the review.
As you exit the building, you are standing right under the gondola. Put your skis / board on, and you ski down to the gondola in 5-6 seconds. There are no glat green slope at the base of Winter Park, unless you are referring to the corridor run that connect the base of Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. You can most certainly avoid that and just ski down the front side of the base of WP (which most people do)
Owner is planning on getting the condo a little "facelift" once ski-season is over.
