Great location with amenities

We enjoyed our stay at the condo - clean and convenient! Located a short walk to the beach, all amenities provided, comfortable bed, and great communication with host. We would stay here again!

Great location!

My friend and I stayed for a week in this VRBO. We loved the location: about a 5-10 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to St. Armand’s Circle where we ate dinner and shopped every night. They had all the amenities and were available via text!

Excellent location for accessing the beach and Armand Circle. We took Uber several times for convenience but it is easy to drive to many locations. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, had great amenities including beach cart, umbrella, chairs and cooler bag. The bed was very comfortable, the bath tub had grab bars, and it is on the ground level. Things to note: the pool is at Lido Beach and is not easily accessible if you have a disability (ladders only in/out of pool); and the laundry is coin operated and does not have a change machine. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean

Our four nights at Adelaide’s place was a vacation we will never forget. House was located just a 15 minute walk to town and only a few from the clear water beach. When my partner and I first walked into the space, we were amazed by how clean it was. The owners were very responsive as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Sunshine, Relaxation and Romance

This property is just as cute in person! The location cannot be beat! Just a few minutes walk to the beach (the wagon, beach towels and chairs provided are a game changer)! Also just a few minute walk to the center of the town which is filled with amazing restaurants! The city circle is really fun! Owners are very responsive and excellent hosts.

This place was nicer than it looked in the picture on the listing! There wasn't a step missed by the owners.The kitchen had everything you might need for your stay to everything else in the condo. 5 minute walk to the beach which was very pleasant. Can't say enough, Beautiful stay!!

Perfect everything!

This was our second time staying in this condo, and we will absolutely be returning again! You will not find better hosts than Jan and Chris. They have thought of everything, making you feel right at home. The beach is only a few blocks away, and restaurants and shops are only a bit farther. Lido really is paradise, and staying here is truly Living The Dream On Lido!

Every amenity

This condo has every amenity you could possibly want. A huge, beautiful bed, TV sets with a million channels, fully stocked kitchen, great convenient location. This is our second stay at this condo. THe owner is very receptive to feedback. Quiet, safe neighborhood, about a mile from St. Armand's circle!

Fantastic Little Condo

This little condo is just as nice as the photos and perfect for a romantic little get away. We spent a week here and it couldn't have been better. The condo is outfitted with everything you need, even chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrella for the beach! The owner greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Condo location couldn't be better, walking distance to the beach and St. Armand's circle. Once you get groceries there is no reason to leave the island (except to explore other beaches)! I highly recommend this rental! We will most certainly be back!

Wow, very nice

We have stayed on Lido Key many times over the years but this is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. Completely updated with a cool beachy theme and super clean. One block from the beach and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals right in the unit. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to get to St. Armands Circle making my rental car totally unneeded for this trip. I just wish we had been able to stay longer. Jan was very nice and helpful with all our questions and truly made our stay one of the best we have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this rental and plan to rent it the next time we are in the area. Too bad I can't keep it a secret.

Perfect location, immaculate condo, incredible hospitality!

Jan and Chris are absolutely amazing. Our flight arrived at a very late hour and Jan personally met us at the condo to let us in despite the inconvenient hour. Jan went above and beyond in so many ways to make our stay comfortable. The condo is beautiful and in pristine condition; Jan and Chris have it stocked with everything you could need - for the beach, for cooking, for relaxing - you name it, they have it or will see to it. The location is phenomenal - two blocks from the beach and a short walk to St Armands Circle for shopping and dining. We could not have enjoyed our 10-day trip more and are already counting down to our next opportunity to rent this condo! Thank you Jan and Chris for making our stay so memorable - your hospitality is beyond compare!

Great Location plus great sunrises and sunsets

The kitchen and bathroom were upgraded, I especially appreciated the filtered water in the kitchen sink. The decor was not to my taste for an upscale location and a huge TV dominated the living room. I suppose most people watch TV, but while on vacation I would have preferred old fashioned board games. I should mention that my sister and I are senior citizens, we spent most of our time walking on the beach or walking into St Armands to go window shopping and have dinner. There were beach chairs and towels but unfortunately it was too chilly most of the time to use them. The space was very clean and the sunrises at the beach were well worth getting up early for.

What an enjoyable stay!

Janice is truly awesome. She has thought of everything. Everything that we needed in the 1 bedroom was there. We cooked breakfast and dinner nightly and everything was clean and there was an abundance of kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. There were two bikes for a bike ride. There were supplies for a picnic on the beach, including beach towels. There was even a spicket to wash your feet off from the beach. There was literally everything that you can think of to have a great beach vacation. The location is excellent. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. It’s a block from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants, which were lovely.. We rent a lot on vacation and this was the best experience that we have had. We will be back!

Warm and Sunny Vacation

This VRBO very clean, quiet, cozy. We were in the Sarasota area vacationing and visiting family that lives there. Close access to various beaches and islands. Would definitely recommend for two people, perfect size.

Hidden Gem

We had an amazing time staying at Sunsets in Paradise! It truly was a perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a long weekend and out of the snow! We loved the very short walk to the beach and easy walk to St. Armands Circle where we enjoyed fabulous restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon are provided which made it super easy to walk to the beach. The location is absolutely perfect!!! We loved it so much, we want to book a longer stay next winter!

Given our love for the area, we decided to take the plunge and purchase a charming condo by the beaches of Lido Key. This decision was fueled by our desire to have a cozy retreat where we can fully embrace the coastal lifestyle we adore. The condo serves as a perfect getaway for us to relax, unwind, and continue making wonderful memories by the sea.
