Whether you're looking for an escape from the city, visiting family or just passing through, this modern cabin is the perfect retreat. With the lake just across the street, bonfire with everything you need to make s'mores, watch the stars on the back deck, stream your favorite Netflix shows, bring your fur-babies and keep them safe in the fenced yard, relax on our luxury mattresses and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the screened in porch. My wife and I grew up and work in the Topeka area. We have a newborn and two fur-babies that keep us on our toes. During pregnancy, we decided we wanted to try a new adventure together. With my background in real estate and her creative ability to make something come to life, we turned a house into an experience!

We live just down the road from this property. But it’s not just the convenience that sold us, it’s the opportunity for guests. We absolutely love what Lake Shawnee has offered us in the time we’ve lived here. From the walking trails, to the tennis courts, 4th of July fireworks show, new bark park, venues we’ve used for All of our events and more! And the fact that it’s right across the street is incredible.
We always had family come in town during our wedding functions and there was absolutely NO WHERE to stay on the SE side of town, so we saw a need and wanted to help fix it.
