Updated home in a quiet neighborhood centrally-located. Great for a long weekend get away or perhaps a luxurious stay when traveling for work. Each bedroom has a comfortable king bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows. Each bedroom has a smart TV mounted on the wall. Enjoy a well stocked kitchen and pantry. Sit on the front covered porch or enjoy the fenced in back yard deck anytime of day! Plenty of parking.

Topeka breath of fresh air

Deb was an absolute amazing host. It was the sweetest to walk into fresh flowers and cookies. The home was decorated in such a fashion it reminded me of a homes and garden house. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to have our own space. The dogs loved the backyard. Plenty of room for them to stretch and explore.We definitely hope to visit this location again in the near future.Thanks again Deb!

Blizzard Bash Derby

This property was perfect, close to our venue and all the amenities you could ask for. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vrbo, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. The host were amazing, fresh baked cookies upon arrival and excellent communication. Will definitely book again!

Volleyball tournament

This property was great! Roomy and clean and had all the extras in case you forgot something. We needed to be in Lawrence, KS for a volleyball tournament but all the hotels were booked. This was a much better option for us. It was a short drive to Lawrence and this was much better than a hotel.

Best house ever

You have a fabulous home. Would love to stay here again in the future. I slept better last night with your great bed. All the little things you had stocked was unbelievable. Great backyard. And a circular drive. I loved this home and neighborhood. And chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. How special is that.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was quaint, very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family. It was tastefully decorated and quiet. Our family loved the front porch and back deck. We drank coffee together and enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Our host was very responsive. I’d stay there again.

Dwight Yoakum Evening

Quick girlfriends get-a-way to see Dwight Yoakum in Concert. Our stay was perfect, comfortable and clean. We were able to relax at the house and get caught up on life before and after the concert. Thank you Deb, wonderful home.

Amazing gem!

Super clean, wonderful communication, chocolate chip cookies left for us, and access to the snack pantry and waters … such a welcome gem of a place at the start of our cross country journey. Thank you so much for the little touches, they’re meaningful to weary travelers. The fenced in backyard was a HUGE plus. Thank you!! We would definitely stay here again. The Cregans

Very Clean and Beautiful Place!

The host was great and had great communication. House was just as described, very clean, and comfortable. Perfect fenced backyard for my dogs. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

Clean and quiet!

The place was clean and comfortable! The flowers and cookies were above and beyond! Thank you! Neighborhood was quiet and the back yard was peaceful. We enjoyed a game of “Logo” around the coffee table one of our evenings. I’d definitely stay again if there’s another opportunity to visit Topeka!

Wonderful Overnight stay!

The house was amazing! I loved I could get my whole family under one roof! Every detail was noticed! The beds were the most comfy! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious! If we come back to Topeka we are staying here! Definitely recommend!
