Large front porch with swing and comfortable chairs, 2 BR home- KING AND QUEEN, large kitchen all w/SS full size appliances and kitchen amenities, beautiful new modern decor, new 55" TV, WIFI throughout home, full work desk w/new Lazy boy chair, setup for remote working with all the amenities of home. New paint inside and outside and new decor throughout in Fall 2021. Home just remodeled for Airbnb.

The property is immaculate and the decor is stunning! Close to town. The hosts are super friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this property!

Anthony and Donna were great to work with. The location was awesome as it was near to downtown, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed it all and after a day of exploring, we took full of advantage of 'front porch sitting' and relaxing. The beds were the most comfortable of any we have slept on in other vacation rentals. Highly recommend this location.

We had a great stay! There was a leak in the main water line just before our arrival, and the host did a great job keeping us updated, and even left several gallons of water for us in case the water was out when we arrived. The house was exactly as advertised, and we had a wonderful trip.

The house was beautiful very comfy. Walking around the town was wonderful and would definitely do again . The narrow roads and closeness of the homes was strange to us but still a great weekend trip

This house was pristine and the decor was really great featuring many pictures related to Mayberry RFD. Especially loved the “Christmas” tree decorated for the Fall. The beds were super comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch after dinner enjoying ice cream and the very comfortable chairs. The house is located near to all the attractions. Recommend the trolley ride around Town because it allowed us to learn more about the sites than we would have on our own. The host Anthony was very accessible and really helped to make our stay more enjoyable. A wonderful place to stay.

We had a very nice stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable. We are a family of 6 and I do think the house was better suited for a family of 4 or less because we couldn’t sit in the kitchen together. The pull out couch was also a little run down, but our kids slept fine there. We really enjoyed being able to show them some episodes of the Andy Griffith show, also. If we ever visit the area again we would return here.

A very welcoming retreat with a fresh scent throughout. You will be surrounded by spiritual quotes and lovely decor. Anthony can guide you to restaurants and activities on your local journey. We certainly enjoyed ourselves and the stay was too short.

We had a very nice stay at the Mayberry Front Porch. It was clean and convenient to downtown Mt. Airy. We enjoyed the extras, like the desk area in the main bedroom and the special recliner in the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed. We were busy with activities but it was a nice respite at the end of the day.

This lovely home is well located for all sights in the Mt. Airy/ Mayberry, NC area. The host could not have been nicer. Spent a week with my son & his wife during August 2026. The central A/C was a god send. We had a great time with "Andy Griffith related" activities, breweries and wineries. Angry Troll was out favorite brewery, and our favorite wineries were Round Peak and Serre. They have live music on the weekends.We also liked Barney's for lunch; great grilled cheese & potato salad. An outstanding rental, in a wonderful town!

Beautiful cottage! It was so clean and comfortable with lots of nice extra touches to make it feel like home away from home! We enjoyed the walk into town to walk down Mayberry’s Memory Lane! The host responded quickly to any questions and sent timely reminders and information. Definitely a 10/10!

Great place to stay in Mount Airy. Very convenient and close to downtown. Very comfortable beds. The house was decorated so cute with Mayberry pictures and decor. Perfect for a weekend or longer stay.

This home is convenient to downtown Mount Airy and also drivable to Elkin and Pilot Mountain.There are many shops, restaurants and trails in the area. We enjoyed our visit to Angry Troll Brewing and found a restaurant in Pilot Mountain, Two Chefs, that has an exceptional breakfast.

I love Mayberry. The people in this town are so nice! I love walking the 0.6 miles to downtown and visiting with folks. Downtown is very historic, one block over from downtown is Market Street more modern with pubs and restaurants. The home being so close to downtown is a major advantage!
