Great place!

Plenty of room for our whole family. Nice to have our own pool, as well as the community pool and amenities. Close to theme parks and shopping.

Highly satisfied with our stay! Great home for adults and children, plenty of space and bathrooms. Everything was clean (couches were the only thing that looked a little dirty/stained). Having the resort/playground in very short walking distance was so convenient. Communication was quick, easy and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Orlando trip

It was a satisfying stay to sleep but didnt stay long enough to actually explore. It was a place to shower sleep and do an all day adventure around the surrounding areas.

Nice place

This property was as advertised. Only comment is that no one told me that adults needed to be registered to enter the premises and that process took very long to do…would definitely stay there again

Casiola vacation homes

Resort and home was beautiful. Just be sure all of your 18+ family members are on the visitors list (done through property manager) or they will be stuck at the gate until you get in touch with the PM to get them added! Other than that, vacation was perfect! I’d definitely stay there again!

Excellent townhome and community

It was very nice gated neighborhood with water park. Safe and quiet and very strict guard rules. The house has enough space for 15 people. I will definitely go back here again.

Disney Villa

This Villa was amazing, set in a beautiful complex, with waterpark, bar, restaurant, lazy river, gym, arcades etc. The Villa was modern contemporary style, new furniture, tv's, splash pool and everything you would need for a great stay. It made our family feel special and can't wait to return next year. Thank you

Condo was as expected and clean. Great location and host was easily accessible. The facility pool closes at 6pm which was disappointing and a component of the heating element was broken until our last day. Mattresses could be better, they are uncomfortable. Master bedroom doesn't cool down well.

Nice stay buttt

Nice location, club house amenities. Did not really care for the ant infestation both up and downstairs from the first day we arrived. We kept it really clean but still had the constant ant issue. The idea of have storage bins outside the front doors seems great with daily garbage pickup. Unfortunately you will have to walk thru an odor at times.

Nice stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chem in process was a little tricky when we got to the gate as they do not ket you in if they don't have all the guest names on the list. Other than that it was easy to find. The house was nice, well equipped. One other thing that could have been better was the pool, it is not heated at all and they charge 25$+tax per day for pool heating, witch is pretty outrageous if you ask me. We own a pool servicing company in the Keys.Aside from that it really is a nice house in a good neighborhood. Would stay there again
