Great location! My wife and I spent a long weekend here for our anniversary. We parked the rental car when we arrived and didn't need to get back in until we left. The beach, local restaurants/bars and shops are all just an easy walk away. Tami and Luke are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful, but also gave us our privacy. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Hosts were very welcoming. Amenities were great. Really enjoyed my stay. Proximity to the beach as well as restaurants within walking distance was awesome!

Awesome spot! Location is perfect; so close to beach, restaurants and short bike ride to Stump Pass park. Too many amenities to list but will know for the next visit as we’ll be back! Tammi and Luke were very responsive and helpful.

This place was such a cute little stay. Close to the beach- all of the beach paraphernalia was accessible. The neighbors were a little loud banging cabinets and dragging chairs around. Maybe some soft closers on the cabinet doors? The washer/dryer were very handy. We will stay again if available.

Everything was awesome. I could not believe all the amenities that Tammi provided. Everything down to the smallest detail to make our stay great and fun. I wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. Thank you Tammi.

Super clean, great location!

"Jack" was a cute, conveniently located rental. Tammi provides so many extras, you basically just need to bring a swimsuit. Easy walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Highly recommend this rental unit.

Great stay

The property is as described. Clean, compact, good for us two. Appreciated the avail bikes, beach chairs, sifters. My only wish is that there was a bigger bed.

Hi Zach I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We tried a king size bed in there but is was too tight so we elected to put a queen bed instead. Our other units have king beds:)

Location, location!!

The location is great. 1 block from the beach, a few blocks to restaurants, and a very nice neighborhood for walking. The owners, Tammy and Luke, were there during our stay. They are very nice, easy to talk to and are working on improving allot of areas inside and out. Our unit was small, good for a couple. We enjoyed our 2 weeks.

Englewood Beach

Wonderful! The property is a great value. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. Owner provided a wagon, choice of umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, fishing gear, bikes, etc. Laundry on site. Owners were very attentive and made our stay outstanding. Provided suggestions for dining, and places to visit. Spectacular sunsets!

I loved how they had all of the daily essential stuff provided and out for me to use. They provide the same amenities I would if I was hosting. Didn’t have to dig for my toothbrush or shampoo when all I wanted to do is crash for the night then hit the beach once I get there. Thanks for the shell bag! I used it several times & walked all the way down to Milton’s pass with it. Will still find it useful for the rest of my trip. I also appreciated being directly in touch with the cleaner as I left. Felt better knowing she could reach me if she discovered I left something behind & text me as I’m gassing up on the way out of town. :)

Violation of privacy. Someone enter my space and went through my luggage.

I took pictures of my belongings before exiting the property for the day. When I returned my luggage was in a different position. I called Tammi and met her and Luke at room. I showed them my evidence. She looked at cameras and said no one entered. If I was uncomfortable she would let me check out and refund my money. I agreed to check out. She has not refunded my money. Bring your own security cameras while visiting this property.
