Welcome to Lazy Daze! The perfect beach house for you to kick off your shoes and relax. This stunning beach house includes quartz countertops throughout the home and bamboo hardwood floors. Near the fenced front space of the house is a children’s swing, slide, playhouse, and a hammock located under the cherry tree!
Beautiful views offered from the back deck, Tiki bar, and salt water in-ground pool. Poolside furniture, umbrellas and grilling station to fulfill your relaxing vacation. Treat yourself to a scenic bike ride with one of the bikes offered at the house!
Head to the entry floor primary bedroom where you will find a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, plus a King bed a separate room with a twin over full bunk bed.. Private access to the pool area is offered from this same room!
Heading up to the main level, you’ll find the gorgeous sunroom which makes for a perfect and quiet relaxation spot. 3 Queen Bedrooms on this floor as well, one includes a Twin Bed with Trundle.
The 3rd level includes two additional Queen Bedrooms and an extensive library between the two. There is a dock offered for your convenience with a boat ramp available for fishing, jet skis, canoes, and kayaks! Kayaks can be rented through Surf and Adventure the ones pictured are for an example.

Great experience BUT …

The upper bedrooms were creepy. Other than that, we loved the house. They could do a lot to improve the upper floor … the rest of the house was basically updated … they forgot about the upper two bedrooms that added alot of value to the house!

Beautiful home, great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with two other families (12 of us total). There was plenty of room, with three levels of living space. The home is beautiful on a nice quiet street. Amazing, spacious pool area with lots of seats for our whole crew. The garage was FULL of all sorts of fun stuff, including bikes for all of the kids (big kids). This was key, as the walk to the beach is not close. If we didn’t have the bikes it would have been a struggle. But we made it work! The enclosed deck off the kitchen was perfect for many nights of card playing. We would absolutely stay here again! One of the only downsides is that you don’t actually see the sunset on the water from the house. That was a bit of a disappointment (but would not stop us from returning!)

Our June Family Vacation at Lazy Daze

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 5th time that we have booked and stayed at the Lazy Daze. This had to be our best stay ever, even though we had 4 days of rain. The house is so big that we never felt like we were jammed up in it. The house has lots of games and there was entertainment for all 10 of us. The pool was fantastic and our grandkids spent many an hour in it. We were absolutely impressed with the service and help provided to us by Ocean Sands. The beautiful flowers and gift card made our 54th Anniversary a very special one. Actually, the flowers made it back to our home in Woodbridge and lasted another 10 days. Thanks so much for doing this and we are already looking forward to June of 2024 when we come to stay again.

Great time in Sandbridge!

My family and I had a fantastic first experience at Sandbridge Beach!The house was terrific,the neighborhood and neighbors were warm and friendly,the beach was so much fun and every place we visited was the typical “southern hospitality”that I have grown to love over my years of traveling to southern states,especially Virginia!What a beautiful hidden gem Sandbridge is like so many other places in Virginia we’ve visited!We will definitely be back!Thank you so much for the great time and southern hospitality!God bless!

Lazy days @ Lazy Daze

Perfect relaxing spot for the whole family. LadzyDaze was clean with a well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The house is very toddler friendly with baby gates and dedicated play space for the little ones. The kids had a great time in the pool and in the yards with fun yard games. We would definitely like to return.

Relaxing Experience

The only complaint was it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the third floor, however, it worked out well still. Kitchen fully stocked, pool very clean and nice, location on waterway was super relaxing and quiet, walking distance to beach, front yard gated and was a very nice area for young kids to play with no worries! Overall will stay again!

Excellent location and pool

Lazy Daze has all the amenities needed for a fun beach vacation including pool toys, bikes, and beach chairs. Beach Pros was very responsive and maintenance arrived within an hour of our call. Gorgeous convenient location close to the beach and local shops. Unfortunately, some cleaning was overlooked on the base floor bedroom to include missing toilet paper in the bathroom and bed sheets were not replaced. Overall very nice home.

Wonderful Getaway

We were a multigenerational group and loved the property. Comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen and pool area with shower overlooking the bay. It's a bit of a hike to the beach, but the beach is gorgeous and we went three times. Mostly we just loved being at the house which had games, comfortable lounging space, and wonderful seating and umbrellas by the salt water pool. We grilled there several times and really enjoyed the amenities. A+!

Great property but with issues

It is a very nice property, beautiful views and plenty of space for a large family, not to mention that the beach is within walking distance. Overall we had a great time but there are some issues that the property owner/manager should take care of asap. Most importantly should be the cleanliness of the house, it was disappointing to see that only ONE person was encharged of the cleaning so right away we knew it would be an issue. They mention that beacuse of Covid19 an emphasis on the cleaning procedure is taken but not the case at all. All they did was change the sheets and towels and an amateur surface cleaning of the bathrooms. We ended up having to spend over an hour cleaning once we arrived. So not a good first impression! Fridge and coffee machine were dirty and it was obvious that nothing was sanitized! Food left in the sink, Door latches hardly work, Loud noise in the middle of the night several times coming from the pipes so loud that wakes you up. Was brought up to their attention but nothing was done about it. Noone came during the stay to take care of the pool, A/C filters are filthy and need replacement, Bbq grill was also filthy Beautiful house but lacks attention to detail specially during these times . We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Unless they take care of the issues I'm not sure if we would stay there again.

Wonderful house. Smelled a bit of dog. Maintenance could have been better, but we had duck tape handy. Over all, a wonderful vacation and beautiful spot that we were happy to share with our family of ten.

We had a wonderful time at Lazy Daze. The house has everything you could possibly want especially for children. It was perfect in every way! I would ask for notification, either a phone call or email when a beach pros employee needs to come into the house. It was concerning when Bryan came to check smoke detectors and my daughter was in the bedroom resting with her child. We did tell the pool guy that railing to pool is loose. Otherwise we have been extremely pleased and have talked about renting again next year in July.
