Great view! We enjoyed our stay, the host quickly addressed any issues we were having and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. They are really vested in providing the best experience possible. I am sure if they could have controed the weather they would have.

Papa Bear cabin was the perfect location , close to everything but up in the mountains to get a beautiful view. Beautiful sunrises everyday . Plenty of space for families with a nice game room . Very close to the entrance of the Smoky mountain national park. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Host was always available quickly with responses . Thank you for hosting such a wonderful place.

My husband and I stayed here with our four adult children. I searched for weeks trying to find the perfect cabin and this was definitely it!! I highly recommend and will book again!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The view was spectacular and the cabin had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this house. Host gave a lot of information before arriving for our stay that was helpful. We saw bears everyday so just be careful going in and out of your car. Overall was a great vacation!

We thought this was a really nice cabin. The trip was for two families, and we had plenty of bedrooms available. The vibes were great, and the structure felt solid. The pool table, game room, and hot tub were wonderful in the basement. Fireworks for July 4th were extremely visible from the main floor deck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. If we had one small nit (nothing to do with the house), it’s that the road up to the cabin is a bit steep, so be a little prepared. The house itself was phenomenal.

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family and grandchildren. Beds were very firm but after our long days we slept well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids and grands loved the hot tub and the grands loved the games. Parking was fine. We saw lots of bears especially when bringing food into the house. Word of warning, bears can open the car doors. So make sure you lock your car doors!

Highly recommend! Absolutely amazing!! The view is breathtaking, the cabin, rooms, kitchen, amenities- Spectacular. Communication with Morgan and Chris was quick and so friendly. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids. Cannot wait to come back

Everything was wonderful!! Communication was wonderful the cabin was beautiful decorated for Christmas and plenty of room. The experience was awesome for a family Christmas. I highly recommend.

Spectacular Cabin

Great Family Stay

The property was excellent with the best views we've had yet in the Smokies. The property was very clean and well taken care of with plenty of kitchen ware and towels. Chris was very helpful with quick communication. We would definitely visit the property again.

Friends Trip

The house was perfect! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen stocked with utensils and we loved playing cornhole on the deck with the beautiful weather!

Smoky Adventure

We had a great time at the Papa Bear Chalet. It was a nice house with a beautiful view. The owners were absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend this property.

Bear Sightings

We loved our stay and just amazing when we saw a family of four bears. Our first trip to Gatlinburg, which will be memorable for years. Host and house were perfect!
