New: Poconos Spacious Paradise in The Hideout

This beautiful Poconos getaway is an amazing place to enjoy with family and friends. It is located in Lake Ariel! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental chalet is set in The Hideout community and includes fun amenities, community beaches, outdoor heated pools, mini-golf course, 9 Holes golf course, club house, indoor/outdoor basketball/tennis courts, ski slopes and more. It’s contemporary, fully equipped with all cooking essentials. It has a private fire pit, fireplace and hot tub.

We value your safety and privacy. Our 4 cameras are located facing the driveway, both sides of the house and backyard. Hot tub and any other private areas are not in view of the cameras and definitely NONE inside the house.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the indoor garage and lower level closet across the bathroom.
Guest have access to all amenities included and described in the Hideout with appropriate amenity badge and fees for some activities like golfing, skiing and gym. There is a small fee for optional activities like golfing, skiing, gym and swimming pool.

Other things to note
-NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or within 8 feet of the house. If smoke is detected inside the house, the $500 deposit will be forfeited, No exception! The same applies for any type of interior damages or broken or missing items in the house. Guests are expected to only strip each bed so that cleaning company may wash and replace with clean new sheets.

-Do not leave or place garbage anywhere outside the property. Instructions of garbage disposals are on the “Welcome” binder and will be sent to you as well. Please review this binder for all pertinent information on the hose and the community. It is recommended that garbage be taken to its disposal as you and your guests leave the house for activities and at your convenience.

-Because this house is located in a gated community, The HIDEOUT RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO OWNER AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE IN ORDER FOR OWNER TO REGISTER YOU AND YOUR GUESTS AND BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY (owner will send out to you along with check in procedures upon booking)
-Amenity badges included (3) for first 3 guests over 7 Yrs. old. Extra badges available for $5 per day/person or $12 for duration of your stay
-$5 per person/day or $12 for duration of stay for use of Pool( for non-badgers)
- $5 per day/person for use of Gym
-$ for golfing/skiing
-24 hr. reservation required for use of indoor/outdoor tennis courts
-24 hr. Reservation required for indoor basketball courts

By booking with us, you agree as well to:
-use the hot tub at your own risks and follow the guidelines/rules posted. the Owners are not responsible for accidents.
-be respectful to neighbors and follow the quiet hours posted
-to ASSUME AL RISKS, and any harms, loss or injuries that may occur to you or your guests as a result of your use of fire pit, hot tub (Appliances/Equipments). To RELEASE the owners of 2754 Boulder Road from all Claims, Liabilities, Causes of Action, and Demand that arise in any way from any personal property damage, injury, death, loss or harm that occur to you or to any other person or property as a result of your use of Equipment, And to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Released Parties against any or all claims, including claims for their own or your own negligence, and any other claims arising from your own use of Equipment.
