Nice apartment

The stairs to get into the property were steep and railing ended before you got to the top step. So for us older Gals it was a challenge. Once inside the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Fridge even had a few bottles of water which we thought was a lovely thought. The 3 bedrooms were a nice size. We enjoyed our stay.

NO parking

Listing says on street parking, but all close parking is either marked Tow Zone or Resident Permit Parking Only. We assumed since the listing said on street parking that we could park as a resident. Well, my son’s car got towed which cost us $160 and my husband’s truck got a ticket which cost us $60. There is no parking within 2 blocks, so be prepared to walk! As far as the house, easy entry with lock box for the keys. Two Tv remotes didn’t work, one didn’t even have batteries in it. Whoever lives in the upstairs apartment had a smoke detector that was beeping due to dead batteries and was never fixed so we heard beeping the whole time. Kitchen lacked some basic needs. Tea cups were tiny so if you’re a big coffee drinker, bring your own mugs. Beds were super comfortable, clean and warm. Detergent used is non scented, perfect for people like me with severe allergies. Sufficient amount of towels and wash cloths.

The facilities and location of this apartment were perfect. We were able to make some good memories of Boston.

This was perfect for our family of 5 (three children, 9 and younger). We are from a busy city, so the noisy park and neighborhood was not unusual for us. The park across the street was lit up and noisy only on Saturday night…. The other nights the noise stopped at a reasonable hour. The property had 3 smart TVs and all the kitchen amenities and tools we needed. Bathroom items were also well-stocked. We stayed for a week and had groceries delivered twice, no issues with the delivery people finding the porch to drop-off. The beds and couches were comfortable. Everything was clean. The property had great old wood floors, and other architectural details. Overall we loved it!

Close to attractions

The apartment was within close driving distance to the restaurants and attractions in Boston. We were with friends, and the layout of the apartment worked well. Only main complaint was that when we first arrived, the bathroom smelt like cigarettes and then after the first morning it got worse and spread to the kitchen… I think the upstairs tenant was smoking inside or something, which was unpleasant.

Nice in-city option

It was a nice place overall, very central location, and in decently good shape. We were able to find on-street parking without much trouble each time we left and returned. The front outside steps were a bit tricky as they seem narrow and uneven, and the neighborhood feels a little rough from a suburban perspective, but that really didn't seem like a major issue, and there's a lot to like about being in the downtown area across from a park.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was located not far from where all the action was. It was easy to get to all the sites. The apartment was beautiful and much larger than the picture make it look.

Wonderful stay

It’s a nice location. About ten minutes walk from the orange line, which is very convenient. A nice neighborhood, and there are street parking space right next to the apartment. The apartment itself is nice. Plenty of space for people to sleep, and there is a living room with long, comfy couches where friends can hang out. The kitchen is also great, and there are some appliances in the kitchen already so we can cook meals if we want, or even just for making coffee or tea. Alta is super nice and helpful. Whenever we texted her to borrow something, she replied very fast. Definitely, recommend this place, and we will come back again if we will be in Boston.

Beautiful and Clean Property

We stayed at the property during the Columbus holiday weekend. The property is on the first floor of a three-unit building. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Very clean. Everything is pretty much in great working shape and property management returns our questions/requests very quickly. Will stay there again for sure.
