Cute, comfortable and impeccably clean! The host was accommodating and attentive too. If your plans bring you to the area, I would highly recommend it! I will stay there again when I’m in the area.

My daughter and I are vendors at Junk Ranch every year. We stayed in this house and it was perfect!

Great property and owner

This house was immaculate and close proximity to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed bringing our dogs and walking them around Prairie Grove, which is a very cute small town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This house was perfect. It was only 15 min from my daughter’s dorm. We enjoyed being able To relax and visit in such a nice and clean environment. I will definitely be booking again !

Cute Little House

The house is very comfy and cute. It was well equipped and clean. The house is a few minutes from UA but relatively close to many attractions. The manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

just right

The little house was just right for us, comfy, clean, plenty of supplies, easy to get north and south, grocery and Sonic just a few blocks away. The battlefield park was a bonus - really interesting to visit if you have some time to spare. Thanks!

Perfect location for a perfect getaway!

Katie is a wonderful host and incredibly responsive! We had a wonderful time visiting NWA! The house was well appointed with everything we needed and more! We loved that the neighborhood is walkable and we took many strolls with our poodle! The location was perfect and only 10 minutes to Fayetteville and less than that to Starbucks! If you want a nice quiet, super clean place to stay, this is it!! We will definitely add this cottage to our list of favs!

Very Pleasant Experience.

Although it rained during my whole trip, spending time in this inviting, cozy home made an otherwise dreary stay much brighter. Very clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should, and the host was very accommodating and communitive. Bottom line, it was all good and I would defiantly recommend it!

Above and Beyond

We rented this home to be close to a loved one who had fallen ill over Christmas. The house is very cute and comfortable. But, what made this the best find for us was the generosity, compassion, and kindness shown to us by the host! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Dog hair everywhere. Washer stopped working during washing cycle. Had cameras in living room.

Now she's trying to charge me for cleaning fee when there was dirty laundry and a used razor in the drawers of dresser in bedroom! Dog hair was everywhere. Camera in living room. Washer didn't work.

There is absolutely no surveillance located at the property. The house is immaculately kept and while pet friendly, there has never been a dog or cat on the premises to date. The washer and dryer were brand new in September of 2021 and have only been used by me, the host. I go above and beyond to make certain that each and every guest has a wonderful experience while staying at “The Little House In The Grove”. Between guests, the house gets a very thorough, deep, sanitizing cleaning by myself, the host. Brand new sundries including make up remover, soaps, shampoos, toothbrush/toothpaste and brand new razors are included. 99.9% of our guests have been absolutely amazing, but there’s always that 1% that tries to ruin it for everyone else. The extra cleaning fee charged to the guest that left this poor review is due to documented damages that were well within the guests control and were caused by either blatant disrespect or ignorance regarding a sense of common courtesy for other peoples property. Continual banging of the recliner and loveseat in the living room and a headboard from one of the bedrooms being continually knocked against the walls causing damage, paint loss and pitting to the freshly painted surfaces. Sheetrock dust was ground into the brand new vinyl plank flooring from where the walls were damaged and curtain rods had to be remounted from where they were recklessly torn down. There was an unidentified icing-type sticky substance ground into the living room area rug in several large places which required a special cleaner to remove. Leather furniture had to be re-oiled in order to remove sticky substances and dried chunks of unidentifiable food. The microwave required a baking soda/vinegar soak to remove burnt food odor. The appliance repair technician was in awe of what heavy items could possibly have been placed in the washer (and for how long) as it was full of blue dye, the wash drum had literally broken away from the washing machine housing and the pump motor had been burned out.

Absolutely loved staying here. Cute place and appreciated the extras. Owners were super and came to help when one of the kids locked a bedroom door! Would stay here again for sure

The perfect little house in the Grove

We came up for the football game. Seeing the prices of the hotels we ventured out away from Fayetteville directly. This house is in the perfect location. Only 11 miles from the stadium. The host outdid herself with stocking the house. We had several coffee options, all the extras to make it just how you like it. Fridge was stocked with water and condiments. The pantry had lots of snack options. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and paste in case you forgot yours. Along with a lot of other little what not things. Throw blankets in the closest. It was a great stay and we will be back for future games.

Nicely appointed

This charming home was a perfect space for our stay. Everything you could possibly need is available just in case. The owner was responsive and helpful. We’ll look forward to staying again when we visit our UARK freshman next.

Little Prairie Grove house

Best Stay in Prairie Grove!

The “Little House in the Grove” is perfect! My sister and I spent 6 days here and could not have been more comfortable. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the house compared to the photos. There were extra toiletries in the bathroom, and many assorted coffee pods in the kitchen; she even offered to have any small extras waiting for us when we arrived. Katie was such a kind and attentive hostess and has made such a cozy and inviting place here. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can, the location was perfect!

Beautiful House with Amenities

The house was put together cute with added amenities such as Keurig coffee selections and bathroom amenities. We felt like we were home away from home.

Lovely place to stay

My family and I recently stayed here and we’re very happy with our stay. The host was very accommodating and even took the time to make sure we had everything we needed once we arrived. The home was very clean, cozy and had everything we could possibly need and more. The host was also kind enough the leave extra blankets so my kiddos could camp out in the living room during our stay. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Even before the remodel, this house had that calming, homey, "feel good vibe" about it when I walked in the door. I knew it was “the one”. It is centrally located to everything that is Prairie Grove, yet only 10 miles from the U of A campus at Fayetteville.
