Awesome Place!

Super clean, very nice, had everything we needed! Office staff was super nice and helpful!! Hot tub was amazing after long hikes!

Property was clean and cozy, in a beautiful location right across from the Big Thompson River. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and replied promptly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Well appointed Home

We enjoyed staying in the Nagel home in June 2020. The home was very clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. The location of the home is excellent.

Perfect place for our family vacation!

We loved our stay here! The house was so well stocked with everything we needed - including toys and dishes for our two toddlers! We loved the grill and outdoor balconies and even caught a few trout for dinner! The house location was also very convenient…just close enough to RMNP and the Estes Park town but still felt like we were in the wilderness. Would stay again!

Beautiful vacation home

We have loved staying on the Big Thompson in this gorgeous home! It was a great place for cozy family meals and is conveniently to all the fun things to do in and around Estes Park. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend this home. We will be back!

Family reunion

Our time at Aspen Brooks for our reunion was beyond our expectations. The 3 homes we rented were beautiful, clean and provided more than what we needed. Staff was very helpful, thorough and always pleasant. Our time spent together was unforgettable. We built many new memories, shared lots of love & laughter, hiked Rocky Mountain trails and played board games late into the night. Thank you for providing a beautiful place to say!

Everything advertised and more!

This property was pristine. The layout, furniture, linens and location could not have been more perfect for our multigenerational family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The amenities available meant we did not have to bring anything extra. We went on different hikes everyday in the National Park, but the games and hot tub in the house were super fun as well. Of course, it didn’t hurt that we had a beautiful snow on cue and that Estes Park was decorated with lights : ) Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was our second home on this road and we mostly just slept there. It is nice and simple. Lots of games provided. Great washer and dryer. Close to everything

Cozy cabin in a great location

This cabin was great for our family of 4 and could easily fit 1-2 more. It had a great mountain decor and the kids loved the river flowing down the hill from the cabin. It is a very close drive to RMNP and close to lots of great restaurants and shopping at Estes Park.

Great location

This property was perfect for our stay in Estes Park. The property was well stocked for all of our necessities. The location is far enough out of the center of town to miss all the people and traffic, but close to RMNP for easy access. The sound of the river at night was peaceful and soothing. We will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future.

Everything was great

We’ve stayed at this house before under the previous owners and just love it! Close to the park; close to everything we need. Big smart TV in the living room is great. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Winter Getaway

The cabin was perfect for a little post Christmas getaway. So cozy and comfy, played games and hung out together. It was very clean and the check in was seamless. We very much enjoyed our time there!

Great location near National Park Entrance and YMCA

Wonderful stay. Location. Is awesome! It was chilly so we enjoyed the gas fireplace and HD cable tv. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Last minute get away.. Easy booking and communication between rental property. Cabin was very clean, cozy, and with updated amenities! Would return to property anytime I’m in Estes Park

If road noise bothers you, stay elsewhere

This house was big and comfortable, but I was unaware it backed up to a very busy road. Not the Owner’s fault of course but I wish I had known. Property manager was responsive and house was clean. There is no AC at night and you cannot open windows if you are sensitive to noise. Pillows on king beds were queen size and flat. Kitchen did not have basic oils and condiments. For the price, I would have preferred better accommodations, but the house was generally as advertised.

First time to Estes Park

We had 7 adults at our stay. We had others staying in RMNP which was a short 15 minute drive. The house is great, the best is the river in the backyard and sleeping to the sound of it. The house was well supplied with everything you may need, the appliances are all new and all worked well, and it has a great hot tub. It was awesome, we will definitely be back. We had no issues with this place at all.

Perfect place for a Rocky Mountain vacation

I love arriving at a property that I booked online and finding it better than advertised. River Dream is exactly that property! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, on the banks of the Big Thompson, away from the crowd, yet so convenient to everything. It was well stocked with everything you would expect and then some. Truly impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin, including the garage. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Nice Place

Nice house, extremely clean and child friendly. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately it was cut short by the incoming severe winter storm. Would defiantly stay again.
