Rustic mountain getaway just steps away from the Big Thompson River from starting at only $109/night in off-season! Situated between downtown Estes Park (less than one mile!) with plentiful shopping and restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park with bountiful wildlife, sight-seeing, and hiking opportunities. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the local elk heard meander through the property or stroll down to the Big Thompson to try your luck for the big catch. ( The river is only 100 feet away down the hill from the cabin at the end of a large, grassy common area.)
Cabin is completely updated with contemporary mountain decor. The two-bedroom cabin features a wonderfully appointed master with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top--perfect for either a second couple's room or for the kids to enjoy. The living space has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy the crackle and warmth of a fire on a cool night. It also has a TV with cable, DVD, and WiFi for in-house entertainment. The futon in the living space pulls out to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for being able to enjoy a home cooked meal even when away from home. Outside is a deck from which you can hear the cascading waters of the Big Thompson while cooking dinner on the BBQ.
This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Estes Park's beauty as well as its downtown life. Whether you are in town for a wedding, having a family reunion, or just wanting to get away, you will leave completely satisfied after having stayed at this cabin.

The cabin was great and had everything we needed. It was located in a great area for staying in Estes Park, CO! If I ever got the chance to visit again, I would definitely look into this cabin.

Love staying at this property! Feels like home away from home. It’s always clean and equipped with what we need. Love being able to see wildlife right on the property! Our last night there we were lucky enough to see a bear! We will continue to stay here every time we come to Estes Park!

Cabin was a great stay. 10 to 15 minutes away from anything I was going to do... Visit the Stanley hotel, shopping and restaurants downtown. Rocky Mountain National Park is only 10 minutes away but some days had to wait in line but is right there.Cabin was very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer a great perk. Loved my stay, plan on coming back in a few years.Longs Peak about 20 minutes away, a great climb

We loved this please. Very convenient location. Close to everything. The river was beautiful and we came home one day to about 20 elk relaxing down by the water. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful up graded cabin with all the facilities in great condition. The location is perfect for visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. (About 3 miles from the entrance). (The only advice we could give is to replace the large skillet.) We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

It is such a perfect little place to stay! Whether you are a couple or a small family it works out perfect. You are close to town and you have river access. This was our 3rd time staying here. Our home away from home!

Fabulous place to stay with young kids. The cabin offers a kitchen, laundry and is a short distance from a grocery store. It’s close by the water and we were able to walk down and explore! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed the fireplace!

Great place to stay. Conveniently located! Minutes from Estes park & RMNP. Located along the big Thomson. Comfy and cozy cabin. Alex was great, fast to reply and kind. I would highly recommend
