1940’s cottage remodeled in 2017 on three acres right outside of the city of Martin. Less than two miles from UTM and the medical district. Quiet and safe area. The house is decorated comfortably with soft fabrics and exposed wood. The property is fully furnished for either an extended stay or simply overnight.

The small house is quaint and very clean. Love the ambiance and amenities. Everything was very good. My only TINY grumble would be no TV in the bedroom. I highly recommend.

Cute House

Cute house in close range to everything in Martin, TN. House had everything you could need and more. Cute decor, bed and seating was comfortable. Cute bathroom door but not much privacy. Would stay again if am in the area.

Granddaughter birthday

Everything was great. I found the trash can overturned by animals and cleaned it up. My wife folded the clean laundry in the dryer and you have to replace that toilet seat my butt still hurts 😁

Great place for 2-3 people

This is a super cute cottage. It is perfect for 2-3 people or a family with small children. We stayed overnight for a visit to UTM. The cottage is close to campus and the downtown area. Martin is a quaint rural town with a great Farmer’s Market, coffee shops, and Blake’s restaurant has delicious food. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, is well stocked with towels. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it looked to be well stocked.

Wedding in Tennessee

We stayed here for my first time in TN when visiting for a friends wedding. When I walked in and the floor creaked I looked down to see the most beautiful refinished wood planks that are identical to the ones in the old Rexall Drugstore my grandparents owned when I was little. It brought tears to my eyes. The place is perfect. It is like I was keeping a second home somewhere that I go to. Everything I could need was there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. A great mexican food restaurant isn't far away by Walmart. It is a very soft bed.

Quiet Retreat

This is one of my favorite places to stay when i come to Martin, and it instantly feels like a retreat from all the busyness of campus activities. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Girls Get-Away

The cottage was just lovely! It was perfect for a mom and two adult daughters to visit our former home town and visit old friends. We stayed for 5 nights, sampled lots of local restaurants and coffee shops, and had a wonderful time.
