We had a great mini vacation staying here . Everything was satisfactory and clean Really enjoyed the pool after long hours of fishing and diving . Easy access to great diving and fishing!!It was our second time staying here and we will be back again !!

The property location is great, steps from the ocean and very quiet. The house needs structural repairs to its floor since there are broken floor joists. The bed in the main bedroom is squeaky, beware if you are a light sleeper. It was exactly what we needed despite its issues and the host is very nice.

The location was not too far of a drive into Key West and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in need of some upkeep, especially in the bathroom where it feels like the floor in front of the tub is starting to give way. Also having to keep the thermostat set no lower than 75 in the middle of July in Florida is asking a lot. I would consider staying here again but would like to see some updates done and to also be able to set the temperature lower than 75.

Host was easy to communicate with and the cottage was in good condition. The location is great….it is just very difficult to find the driveway in the evening on the curve on Hwy 1!
