What a great time we had staying at this residence. It served all of our needs with fishing and snorkeling right out back when the weather was less than hospitable for Kayaking. Perfect fit for a boat or our Kayaks that we brought! The onsite amenities, store, and pool were a great addition to our needs. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for a wonderful Anniversary experience for myself and the wife! See you soon….

We really enjoyed our stay at Dennis’s beach house. Dennis is a wonderful host and very helpful in responding to questions. The location of the house in Venture Out was nice and private. Venture Out’s pool and other amenities were also enjoyable. We also liked staying on Cudjoe Key with its beautiful water views but only a short drive to Key West and other beach areas. Overall, the house was very comfortable.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. Steps from our docked boat, gorgeous views. Very family friendly & Venture Out is immaculate. We are definitely coming back next year!

Great time, great host!

Enjoyed a beautiful week in Cudjoe Key, we visited Mallory Square for the sunset in Key West which is not far from the property. The community has so many amenities that we enjoyed like the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Great little place.

Down for a week with our boat and the place was perfect for our needs. The onsite boat ramp, marina with gas pumps, and the convenience store with bait, ice and drinks made it easy to prep for our boat/fish trips. Area has some great restaurants nearby, too. Highly recommend this place.

quick fishing trip for teens

Owners had great communication. Check-in was a breeze. Resort was very nice with multiple amenities. We enjoyed fishing off the seawall.

On the canal, quiet setting

The home was well appointed, clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, on the canal with a private setting. We enjoyed fishing after work. The hosts were responsive, would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

The property is perfect for a family. Very safe and clean! Our unit was clean and easy to check in! The beds are very comfortable. We will make this family vacation every year. Location is great, fishing, pool or Key West! You cannot go wrong staying here.

This was a wonderful week in a delightful cottage on the water. Responsive hosts, clean and tidy home, beautiful setting, well appointed kitchen and comfy relaxing vacation venue!!

Just right!

We had a terrific time staying here and the dock was plenty big for our 30' boat. Because of the ample living space at the front of the house there was plenty of room for our crew (3 young kids + 1 teenager). We'd definitely stay again.

Great location and accommodation

Great location down in The Lower Keys (only about 20 miles from Key West and 15 from Big Pine Key). If you’re looking for an affordable stay in The. Keys you simply can’t beat this rental. All pictures of the house are accurate and the location within the canal is great (especially for anyone visiting with a boat). We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to The Keys.

Relaxing spot in Paradise

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. The ocean views from the home are great! The location of the home to great places in the Keys can't be beat. Venture Out amenities are super. The home was perfect for 3-4 people and very clean. Definitely will plan another trip in the future.
