This unique place has a style of its own. You will have an entire house located on Lake Hartwell all to yourself. It is perfect for Summer getaways, Fall Football games, Fishing Tournaments, or just a getaway with with Family and Friends. We are located 2 minutes from Interstate 85. We are 10 minutes from Clemson, SC and 20 minutes from Greenville, SC. There is a boat landing a mile from the house. You can bring your boat or rent a boat and park at the private covered dock located at the house.

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed the home and its location! Well appointed home with spectacular lake views!

Beautiful property and outstanding host. We stayed at property during Hurricane Helene and hosts were incredibly attentive. We will definitely look forward to future bookings! Go Tigers!

What a wonderful few days at the lake. The home was perfect. We spent the days in the water and had family meals together at night. It was a great getaway and we will be back!

Thanksgiving weekend with family

The house has a significant amount of broken items. The chair in family room has huge holes where it appears a dog scratched it very deeply. They tried to cover it with a blanket. The master bedroom shower has a rain feature that is broken and squirts water all over wall and ceiling. Almost impossible to cut it off. The front door code pad doesn't work so we had to enter from back door. There appears to be a commercial business right behind the house and had dogs running all around the neighborhood. The host was fantastic but we ordered boat it arrived five hours late so it was to cold to use it. The outdoor furniture is dirty and old. The back porches have wire railings that are not tight and they didn't cut off the excess wire. The kitchen ovens were very dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in years and the refrigerator had expired water filter 99 days ago so we were uncomfortable using the ice. The kitchen has no pantry or if it does it was locked so we had to put all groceries on the counters. Many other cosmetic issues. However, it was just family so we had a good time. If i had guests i would have been embarrassed

Great property

Stayed here for Parents Weekend at Clemson. Property is well maintained and exactly as described. Lovely views and less than 20 mins to campus. Convenient location to access restaurants and grocery in Anderson. Would definitely stay here again.

Clemson football weekend

The house was perfect for a Clemson football weekend! The proximity to campus was great. The house was very comfortable and updated. Communicating with Melissa was super easy as well. We plan to hopefully return on future visits to Clemson!

Perfection

This house is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, not to mention the location on the lake is great. It was the perfect house for four couples to celebrate a 50th birthday. The owner is readily available for any question and help. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clemson Game Stay

Our group was very happy with the property. We had ample space for privacy as well as to hang together for dinner on our first evening. All of Saturday, we were in Clemson and on Sunday morning we checked out.

Cute lake house with great covered dock for our boat

My overall impression of this property was good. Owners were so kind & communicative. Layout of bedrooms were awesome & beds were very comfortable. Lots of sunlight in the home with beautiful windows and patios. We loved the pool table area downstairs with the bedroom & bath downstairs for our 17 year old. The dock and swimming in the lake was perfect. I wished we could have gone on walks but the street had some sketchy homes/people & many stray dogs, so we didn't feel comfortable walking. The house seemed to be getting ready to be painted inside as there was lots of patching on the walls. After staying at the home, I feel the nightly rate should have been lower than what we paid.

Great weekend summer getaway

We celebrated a good friends 30th birthday at the property. The house was amazing and the location is very convenient tucked away in a small private area. The house has plenty of space and the host was very easy to communicate with. This won't be the last time we stay at the property.

Beautiful home with plenty to do!

Communication with the owner was superb! Super easy booking and check in process and a real treat to communicate with. The home is located at the end of Lake Hartwell with so much to do within 1/2 hour in nearly every direction. We hiked in Clemson and Anderson and took several day trips to Greenville and Travelers Rest. Cute, electic towns abound! The fireplace wasn't functional when we were there which bummed us out but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. The one thing to note is a lack of storage space; the closets were locked and drawers were mostly full so we lived out of suitcases for the time there, but it was a minor detail overall. The home is beautiful and super well cared for. Lots of modern amenities including a pool table in the beautifully finished basement, plenty of outdoor living space and everything really clean. We loved and appreciated our time there!
