One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything about this rental was perfect. Great location and the beach was a small walk away. We can’t wait to return!

Great time!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great view of the Gulf, great swimming pool and option to go across the street to additional property on the river side and play tennis or be on the calmer water. Unit was comfortable and perfect for our family vacation!

I absolutely loved staying here. The room was clean, the view was great, and the pool was so nice. We came at the right time of year—both the pool and beach did not have a crowd. There were small things like scuff marks on the wall but that did not affect our stay nor did it change how we felt about being there. The balcony gave us the privacy we were looking for. The space over all was perfect for what we needed. I absolutely loved the windows in the bedroom. We could freely use the pull down shades without difficulty. We were able to view the sun rise from the bedroom. Everything we wanted to do was within a short drive. The communication with hosts was great. Quick response times. We booked for Friday but arrived early morning Saturday. We were sent the codes prior to check in, which worked out perfect. I will recommend this location to others & return in the future. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

We will book again!

We enjoyed our stay! It is an older condo & a few things need to be updated/fixed but it was very minor. This room had a perfect view of the pool & walk deck to the beach my husband could sit and watch us wherever we were! Very quiet condo area, easy parking and very close to places to eat! We stayed on the 3rd floor however the stairs were super easy to climb so it didn’t feel like we walked 3 stories! We will be booking here again!!

We understand that the window treatments didn't provide the level of darkness you were hoping for in the mornings. We'd like to mention that we have mini blinds on each window and drapes on the living room windows and doors. However, we'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.
