The view and location of this property is excellent. We had a few issues that required contacting management/maintenance but all went fine. I would like to mention a few things for other guests. There actually is a blow dryer in the unit even though it recommends you bring one. I wish I had known since we were flying (less to pack). The master bedroom: note that some of the switches actually control the outlets. The bed is so-so and could use new pillows, and the headboard squeaks anytime you move. The kitchen has no plastic, only glassware. Otherwise, the property was fine. Love the top floor and view. Be sure you understand that even though this unit can hold up to 8, I believe, the entire complex only allows one parking pass.

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a great beach view. It was perfect for our family of seven, ranging from toddler to grandparents. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. However, the property listing mentioned a complimentary parking pass. Upon arrival, we learned that the HOA only allows one parking spot per unit. For a unit that accommodates up to eight guests, this felt very unreasonable. We had to contact the host to request an exception, which added some unnecessary stress at check-in.The management company was very responsive. If you’re planning to stay here, I recommend confirming parking arrangements in advance to avoid any surprises.

Awesome place , well equipped kitchen, beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset.

Great stay, family really enjoyed our visit.. 4 miles to Florabama.

Nice Stay

Check in process was great, any questions or concerns were easily answered. We enjoyed the condo and had a wonderful time in Perdido Key, would likely return.

Family vacation

The condo is perfect for a family of our size, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The property was quiet and the beach was beautiful. Unfortunately, the pool was a little dirty so the kids did not want to swim in it but the beach was perfect. Staff was quick to resolve any needs.

Overall wonderful experience, however the sink was broken, several outlets didn’t work, and the master bedroom did not cool off compared to the rest of the rooms. But didn’t impact our vacation

Not fancy but would stay again

We had an easy check in. It was a little difficult getting our complimentary beach chairs but it got taken care of quickly. Cute little place and would go back. There isn’t a whole lot to do around there but it’s kind of nice

Great location but not a great experience

The living and dining areas were great. The mattresses in all 3 bedrooms were not comfortable and only had 2 flat pillows per bed. The condo wasn't very clean. Lots of sand everywhere when we checked in and the floors had clearly not been cleaned. Dirty pan on top of refrigerator, dw had been ran but dishes weren't clean (door with cleaner didn't open). Parking is a big issue here. It is disclosed in the description that only 1 car allowed and I didn't notice before free cancel date, so that's on me. Honestly, it never occurred to me because the condo sleeps 8 people. You can't even get that many people in one vehicle. Lots of 2nd cars from guests were parked right across the street. There were no visible signs forbidding it, so I parked there, but got a parking ticket. There's no public parking options nearby. I had to talk to the manager at The Shrimp Basket for permission to park there. She said it's an issue for that complex and they frequently allow people to park at their restaurant because of their parking rule. It's a fairly small parking lot but it was more than half empty each day. There was construction next door on the side of the complex where this unit is located, the equipment beeping and construction banging began at 5AM each morning.

This is my 4th stay at this unit. It is always clean , functional, great location with plenty of food, shops located close by. Along with great beach access.

Our overall experience of our stay was great! The property was just as described. It was a very easy check in and out. If we had questions while there the host responded to messages quickly. The view was great! Loved how our place on the beach wasn’t crowded and Ike’s beach chair service was great! The only thing I would have liked to have maybe would have been the smaller beach chairs that you can take down by the water. We flew so couldn’t bring things like this. Although this isn’t an issue that would keep us from staying here again or recommending it to others,we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to go back!
