Good value for the money, but not perfect
Overall the unit is a very good value! If you're traveling to the area and your priority is to be in a good location without shelling out a ton of money, this is a great choice. It's not perfect though, it's rough around the edges and while he host is very nice and helpful, she seems a little disorganized.
Pros:
Location - right by the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, gym, pretty much everything you could possibly want is within a 15 min walk tops, very safe area
Price - compared to most listings in the area, and in the broader LA area, this place is a great price, very good value for the money
Perks - cleaning lady that comes every other week to change sheets, towels, and does your laundry as well
Host - the host is very nice and a pleasure to chat with as I saw her around here and there, as issues arose she made clear attempts to remedy the situation
Cons:
Unit cleanliness - the unit is rough around the edges for sure, some of the molding is quite dirty, the bed skirt clearly hasn't been washed in forever
Communication - there were a few days where people were working on or deep cleaning the house and I wasn't told until they had already been there for 30 mins - 1 hour and making noise while I was working from the unit
Note:
Parking - if you have anything other than a small sedan, it won't fit in the garage and you'll be street parking, which for me led to a parking ticket and frequently being parked multiple blocks away
